After our water heater had burst, we found ourselves in a emergency situation. We needed something quick. We called Public Storage, Kristie pick up the phone and was right on top of it. The process was smooth and easy from start to finish. We had no problems whatsoever getting that room. Her help made all the difference. The facility is top-notch very spacious and easy to access we loved it. Thank you Kristie @ Publix Storage.

Well we had a glitch at first. Tried the Kiosk system for the first time and it was different but, interesting. It didn't accept my payment, then wouldn't give me any of my paperwork or access code. But then, Mike came in 5 minutes and fixed everything. Awesome crew and very nice and helpful. Keep it up. Great job resolving the problem.

Their special and peculiar insert locks cost $20. The storage units on Halls Mill road are kiosk operated and google maps directs you to the office on Hwy 90 a mile away. The counter helper was helpful but rude. He drove to the storage unit ahead of me so I could inspect the unit as recommended on their website. He was not pleased to do this and until I said I wanted to inspect it or cancel it he only advised I would lose my $30 admin fee. The unit was a 10x20 and over 10ft high. Plenty of space but near $150/mo. I reserved an additional unit on Hwy 90 and had more rude service from the same guy. Their automated system gave me someone elses reservation number twice. Called customer service twice. Still a problem. Arrived to the unit to go in and still no code. Left and returned the next day. Requested a refund. Pending.

I kept hearing noises every time i would go to my storage . Thinking to myself i pray its not rats. Soon after started seeing Rat droppings all over my stuff. And i did not have any kind of food in my unit at all. I didnt give them time to tear up my stuff i went through piece by piece and moved it all out.
