I rented a unit and after getting some items in realized it was to small. I went to the office and spoke with Kristie and she was very helpful and nice. She was able to find me a larger unit and it only took less than 5 minutes.

I think it's bull that they charge you a whole month even if your stuff isn't in there whole month they don't prorate and they tack on high fees from the previous month even if they give you a credit that precious month you have to pay it back the next month. You never can reach anyone at the location and if you do have someone calling you back it's customer service This has been the worst storage place I have ever been and the first storage that doesn't pro rate. It's ridiculous I never use them again.oh let's not forget they will still try to auction your stuff off even if you get caught up for being late.

This public storage is located right off the main road. It was so easy to set everything up online all by my self. They offer insurance so that is really convenient. I rented the one that I needed and the instructions were emailed to me. When we got there everything was just as it said in the email. Our unit was clean and ready to be moved into! I did have to call the office to verify my auto pay. The lady that answered was extremely helpful and nice. They have great customer service at this location. Over the phone she recommended that I use the app. You can do all sorts of things on the app. The app is really easy to use and is very convenient. Hope you find this review helpful. If so please give it a thumbs up! 👍

Ms. Kristie at the Government Blvd store was so Awesome when I first came in She was New but didn’t show it. Asked for help when she couldn’t get it done hung up the phone and took care of my Storage needs. It was an Honor and Great doing Business with Ms. Kristie. Everything she did was Beneficial for my Needs.
Where to begin? I'd give 0 stars if I could. And before management comes on here and comments their generic "Were sorry for your experience, etc" let me just say these issues were brought to their attention repeatedly.
For starters, when I moved in the neighboring renter had belongings overcrowding my space. It was so extensive there was actual damage done to the dividing wall. It took over a month for them to resolve the issue. I had to call them every week. Their first solution was to move me to another unit where I'd pay higher rent. Seems like an awful lot of work and inconvenience for THEIR problem.
Their prices for a non climate controlled unit are ridiculous. I was a month ahead on rent and upon move-out, denied my refund. I also found upon move out, droppings and spiders in my unit. So who even knows what got in there due to their negligence and probable lack of pest control.
Will never rent at any public storage location again.
I stopped by to ask a few questions and check out the sizes of the units and Mrs. Kristie helped me out tremendously! I got all the answers I needed in a professional but personal manner.
