Mr. James was able to help me out with the a refund with the lock. And was an excellent customer service.
Trust me when I say DO NOT USE this storage facility. 1: they started out charging me $122 a month and it increases every few months , I needed this size unit 10x15 and it was the only one available nearby. Now they charge me $315 a month and on the 7th they lock you out and charge $60.40 late fee. And they never have roller carts and the bathroom is disgusting if u did ever have to use it, they never clean up it smells and the carts they do have are ragged out and barely roll. . I found out u can go across the street and it is climate controlled and a bigger unit for $180.00... It is sad that there are businesses out there like that . Karma

So after what they don't tell you is if you are one day past the end of the month they will charge you for the entire month!!! If you vacate before the end of the month and go in at the beginning of the next month don't use the code go to the front door and beat until someone let's you in because they keep the front door locked. Companies want customers to respect rules and act with integrity but they don't. You charged me for the entire month for coming in 1 day late to vacate of $141.00 but going to turn around rent it to someone else and make double the money off us hardworking citizens who go in and work hours to make just a $100 dollars. Your making double the money off people that's not right at all.

I had originally leased a unit that was not going to be a large enough space. She helped me to find another unit and took the time to show me multiple units which meant she had to walk all over that massive facility with me several times. She was very patient and kind. When I first rented my storage unit the price was very reasonable, and I have only been renting from them for about a year and a half. Unfortunately they have begun increasing the price with no explanation why. The last two increases were about 6 or 7 months apart and I'm not talking about by just a few dollars. It has been a significant increase. Are they increasing because they know people will probably just pay it instead of relocating all of their stuff? Im nervous about how soon the next increase will be and how much it will go up this next time. I do feel like the space is clean and safe, but things seem to be changing for the negative under the new management.
