Just got back from Public Storage on 1224 27th Place South in Birmingham Alabama...I am 72 and moving for the first time in 38 years. Eli is super nice and always has the best customer service. He helped me decide how many and what size boxes I need. These boxes are clean and made for stacking.. way better than using leftover dirty food boxes from the grocery store that don't stack. My unit is affordable and convenient for me unlike the other storage places in Birmingham. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

I have been with this site for years. Lately they have proven to be a tremendous help in many significant ways that are made more so as I have been living out of the country for sometime.
As a business owner myself, I promised that I would never leave a bad review for anyone. Unfortunately, today I had to break that promise to myself for the first time ever. I've been a customer here for over a year now. In the nicest way possible I will just say this. Worst experience I've ever had with any company in my life. I highly discourage doing business with this company.

I needed to store some things temporarily and I choose this Public Storage based on location and the great reviews. I'm adding one more four-star rating. It was easy to set up an account, the building is weird (converted parking garage) but it works. My items stayed dry and free of dust and pests. When I arrived on a Sunday morning to clear out my unit there was an issue with the lock. Ms. Juanita was very helpful, figured out the issue and I was able to proceed with no trouble. I highly recommend this Public Storage location.
Public storage on 27th S st is my favorite location to use . Ms. Juanita is very welcoming and has a pleasant attitude which is why I always choose this location when it’s time for me to put things in storage . She is also the reason I have chosen to keep my storage unit year round. This location is very clean and mentioned with great security.
