I have used several Self Storages facilities and they’re all provide the same service, sure the facilities themselves differ, from having climate control, Dollie’s, drive through, security, or etc. But hands down my favorite Self Storage Facility is Public Storage at 8 W Oxmoor Rd Birmingham, AL, 35209
certainly not because of the facility, cause it really could use some love / updating / paint. But because of the Manager Dana, Dana is the nicest and most professional Public Storage Managers I have ever meet and have had the pleasure of dealing with, I totally recommend this public Storage facility because of Dana, and also I resently met and was so wonderfully happy and impressed by a newly hired team staff member Jenise, , it seem Jenise could read my mind on what my needs where at our first interaction, just by the look on my face, just her pure natural customer care intuition. That’s a rarity, Jenise is a gem. And Jenise has been really helpful many times since. I have three storage units here, and the only reason I’m still at this Facility for now two reasons, first and foremost DANA, and now second Jenice

I rented a unit at this location a few weeks ago. Dana, the manager, was so much help to me! She recommended a different size than what I had reserved and it turned out perfect for my needs. I would also like to add that the following day, during my move-in, I found Dana outside cleaning the unit doors. That really impressed me. This is a great place if you need storage!
To expensive n they don't even give u a discount or free month rental so we got storage closer 2 r home n it gave 2 months free!!!

Worst storage experience ever. Staff is rude, constant rate hikes and the gate doesn't work sometimes and they do not notify of accessibility. Use a different storage company.
