Jenise is the best, her location is under repairs and remodeling, it was her off day. She met me at my company unit to remove a lock due to 1 of my team members leaving it unsecured. Which my team member left the lock inside of the space, she even made sure I knew how to install.....thanks so much.

Recently used this facility. I had to make changes to my space within an hour of the moving company moving my things to the unit. AJ was very accommodating. He even moved his lunch so that he would be in place when we arrived. Much appreciated. All was handled smoothly.

Everyone! I love this place because Jenise, the manager takes care of customers and places very well. I have been with Public Storage for a while and have never experienced any negative. Jenise will call you if you forget to lock the storage. She will help finding the right size of storage for you, too. I am happy that I found this place and have a lots of space in my tiny house.

I have been renting a unit at this location since 2018. I have had a multitude of issues in the last year. Yesterday, I had a billing issue that required immediate assistance. I spoke with Miss Queen, and she stated that it was her first day on the property. This issue was complex, but it was handled and resolved, with nothing but respect and efficiency. I would like to commend Miss Queen, and Ms.Jenise (Ms.Jenise was not present), for being wonderful problem solvers', and an asset to the Public Storage Greensprings location.

Totally in disbelief!! We received a letter dated August in which everything must be moved out by Sept. 1st due to renovations.
Upon speaking with the management, Brett, the reason was because of the ceiling leaking and water coming in from the floor and ground area. We were never notified of these issues at all prior to removing our items. I paid for a climate-controlled unit consistently since October 2020. Every item in my storage was damaged from water and mold growing from interaction with water dripping from the ceiling and coming from under the floor and window seals. We were never told of these issues with the facility until we arrived to move our things. All mattresses and box springs had to be discarded immediately. All pillows and comforters sets as well. None of my furniture is usable and has to be replaced. I am still currently sorting through clothing to see what can be salvaged for my children and I.
