This place is the absolute worst. Within a year the charge went from $85 to $210….total rip off. I was not aware that the price increases like that at all.
Not to forget to mention that every time I went to my space there was always rodent droppings inside. I was terrified. It was like I as keeping food in the unit. Plus the stuff from the ceilings drop all on my things. I put some steel wool in openings where units connect and every time I went back they were removed. Upon going into office cause they never answer the phone….I’ve gotten mean responses telling me to contact my insurance company cause it’s nothing they can do. And that the rodents are everywhere….they can’t control it. They did give small bags of poison in which never worked

Be careful with this place people who work there are very rude and unprofessional the same employees be stealing people belongings and when you ask there’s never a answer they never know nothing if you have a insurance with them read what your insurance covers because they never wants to be reliable to anything if you complain you can’t never escalate to a manager they won’t give the information they’re always changing peoples locks they did that to us from my understanding they can only do that if your acct is past due or something wrong with the unit but randomly they add a 2nd lock I have proof of that . Please be careful with this place and your stuff they be doing things to people who has expensive tools.

I have been dealing with public storage on and off for the last 4 years. They are truly a rip off now with their prices. They just raised my payment $42.00 a month. Now I'm late and they are charging $42.20. I cannot wait until I get my stuff out. You can actually rent a garage cheaper.

Completely disappointed with this location! Have left Maggie many calls the last three weeks, no return calls to address my concern! The worse part is, they call you and constantly emails requesting a good review before even moving in. Once that review is finalized, your concerns don't matter!
