Teri has been an excellent provider of service as long as we have known her. From helping us open the lift door to assisting us with our account. She is very knowledgeable about company procedures. We enjoy working with her. It is so pleasant to see her smiling face when we go to visit our units.

She answered all my many questions, went above and beyond (even during her lunch break!), keeps the facility super clean, and truly represented the company well. It’s always so refreshing to meet another beautiful person in our community, and to find a business worth doing business with.
I currently rent a storage unit and a parking space for my work truck at the Public Storage in Oviedo. The prices are fair and the customer service is excellent. Teri always goes the extra mile to answer any question or concern. They are professional and friendly and the place is always clean and spotless, If you are looking for storage do not hesitate to rent with them.
I’ve had multiple spaces and a garage for maybe 7 years. The current manager Teri, has been a great manager and the best in like 2 years. She is nice and has helped me deal with random things that came up.
However upper management has this place getting out of control with ridiculous rules and chasing everyone out that they had for years. In what was once a packed lot, is now a ton of empty parking spaces.. What a dumb business maneuver.
I’ve also been harassed multiple times for what was thought of as “working”, in my garage when I’m just organizing things and being in my garage moving things around. Very intrusive being stared at or talked to like I’m doing something wrong while I mind my own business in a garage I pay a lot of money for!! I have had it with these stupid power trips!!!!

I had a problem with the amount that showed up as being deducted for my monthly storage payment.
I called the phone number on my bill. I was connected speaking to Teri, who is not the one on site where my unit is located.
I was not very happy about the situation. She pulled up my account and researched throughly. She answered all of my questions and concerns. She was friendly and professional and treated me with respect.
She took care of my problem while explaining how things worked the way that it did. Teri is an outstanding employee. Public Storage is very fortunate to have her working for them.

My initial experience was good with a very nice on-site employee. However exactly 3 months after starting the contract the rate increased. I contacted the company and they reduced it again and 3 months later it jumped up again. I suspect that when signing a new contract a credit is applied that only stays on for 3 months. We will be moving our storage elsewhere and would not recommend Public Storage.
I dealt with Rhonda and she has an amazing personality. She was able to upgrade my unit and transfer information for me to get a better suited unit. I would recommend her assistance to everyone. Great customer service and personality!!!

Rented for 7 years here. The movers left the lock on the unit for one day extra (6am) by accident and was promptly removed before the store opened the next day since we moved 4 hours away.
The lady was very rude and said the system automatically charges another month. Ridiculous and lazy people now I guess. Escalated to regional management for a non-issue.

Would give seven stars if I could for Rasheema, the amazing support person at the facility. She helped me fix an AutoPay snafu, got about $70 in fees waived for me after realizing it was a system error, and then identified that I could save a significant money while upgrading to a larger unit due to a special.
She then stayed late to help me get booked for the new unit, talking on the phone with corporate HQ simultaneously to make sure everything got expedited and nothing got missed and getting me extra time to move from one unit to the other. When I came in the next day to move my stuff, we noticed a problem with the destination unit. I had friends with me to help me move and didn't want to keep them waiting. She was able to transfer us to another open unit within four minutes and the move went on as planned.
She is an absolute storage ninja.
Rasheema, the manager, was extremely friendly and helpful. She helped me pick out the best spot for my boat and she showed me how to download the app so I can use my phone to open the gate. She also cleared up a mistake on my account. I highly recommend her and this location.

She spent a long time on the phone with me contacting corporate to credit the fees I prepaid after she determined that the size I needed wasn't available there. Christine saw me distraught and offered her ear and some water since I was dehydrated. Let me tell you about this place I have been dealing with the property manager at this location for about 3 wow now she is very attentive to mine and my daughters needs she called me to tell me the unit I wanted was available now and she helped us through the whole process and was very patient with us. I have used various self storage facilities and this was by far one of the best experience I've recieved in some years. The property was pretty clean could use a touch up on some paint and maybe some pressure washing of some buildings and the sidewalk but overall pretty nice property even has parking spots for rent. I came in the other day and the person that runs the place Christine was great somebody needs to give her a raise I had visited 2 other public storage places in the past few days by longwood and they were not as pleasant. I had asked Christine to see 3 different size units she had no problem doing it she was friendly and patient. She answered everything I was unsure about even told me about some stuff they have for sale in the office to help cover my protect my furniture and some stuff that helps with any moisture in the air. She was really sweet thanks for the great experience and awesome customer service I'm moving here in a month or so and will definitely be using this place. Oh and pretty good prices to
Stopped by Monday to get info about renting. Nobody was in the office. I came back Tuesday. After getting wrong info from customer svc regarding closing time (6:30pm), Christina was about to close at 6pm but stayed and helped me. She is very professional, a world of 'correct' information and a delight to do business with. Customer svc also told me there are not annual increases. Wrong info again that Christina cleared up. If more places had employees like Christina, I would give them all my business. She is a keeper!! Heads up for corporate. The sidewalks entering the office are black with dirt and not very inviting to new customers. Pressure washing them would look so much nicer. Just saying...

I frequently buy units at auction at many different facilities, and the experiences differ with each and every one of them. My experience with Public Storage on Alafaya rd in Oveido was one of the better ones I have thus far been through! The facility manager Christine was outstanding at her position and the responsibilities that any facility should expect or need. Not only was everything timely and organized, but also very welcoming and delightful. She was very friendly and helpful and the front office,bathrooms, and property were very clean and up kept! It's always a pleasure when you can see that employees have the integrity to take pride in their job. I definitely will be bidding at this facility again.

Christine was such an amazing help! Public storage is my absolute favorite storage place. I have done competitors but nothing compares to Christine’s amazing customer service! All I’m saying is she deserves a raise.
