I made my first visit to my storage unit off of Federal Highway in Delray this week.The staff was wonderful and helpful.I was shocked when I walked into my unit and there was no lighting available inside of it. I had to use the flashlight on my phone. REALLY?? Where was that in the info? Secondly the unit was at least 79 degrees.For a climate controlled unit in Florida that seems a little hot. I was told that corporate came in and upped the temperature this last week.Great concern for my goods on their part NOT!Now what about summer humidity and mold? For 275$ a month not worth it.Find somewhere better to store your household goods.

This facility is close to my home so I walked in to inquire about a 5’x5’ climate controlled unit. Sharret was the property manager on duty and was able to show me the unit without hesitation. The unit was clean and the temperature was comfortable inside the building. After discussing the fees and process of signing up for the unit I came back a few days later to finalize rental of the unit. Thanks Sharret.

I move every couple of years and I have been to many storage places This is our 2nd time renting a storage space at this location and the only reason is because of the amazing customer service provided by Sharret. She is very knowledgeable and was able to resolve/fix issues that I so happened to create that customer service or another public storage location could not. Thank you Sharret!

The worst storage company do not use wanted to raise my rate 50 percent from 1 month to another no explanation 2 employees tried to reduce my rate comporate said no 2 times do not use this company i vacated and found a much better cheaper storage do not use this company the worst

Sharret was SO sweet and accommodating. She helped me get into my unit so I could vacate it even though there were issues with me being on the access list, just so I wouldn’t be charged for an extra month of holding my stuff there. She really went above and beyond and exercised great communication. 10/10 employee

A whole month later and still no refund 😢 I appreciate the location very much. The property manager Sharette is nice but she is seething passive aggressive and very impulsive for restrictions and disciplinary actions on my presence there. Example she told me climate settings are to be kept at 80° and that makes it very uncomfortably difficult to work with my storage unit. Plus your rates started exceeding more than double the price I started with. Another 👎 is the fact that I paid $100 and I wasn't given any change nor notified that my rates were to increase all while Sharette laughed at me while moving out like it was her goal~anti-customer service _causing me to leave and try to get my refund back in time only to find public storage may take up to 2 weeks to refund my money back. Big time 👎 you would never wait that long to be paid without a fee or something 😤 I'm very discouraged and disappointed by the way I was treated. 👎 No longer scared of your vendetta repercussion to retaliate Sharette. No longer your customer.

Good location. Storage units are clean & easily accessible. The front desk clerk (Sharryl S.) is very helpful & respectful; she would get 5 stars from. So why I give the company 4 stars instead. That's because they are expensive. However, I highly recommend this place. Pay by check or se your credit card, but avoid setting up automatic payments
