Public Storage Self-Storage Units at 1040 Terra Bella Ave, Mountain View, CA

I rented 10*20 feet So 1 first month free only you got to paid $20 lock 🔐 ,fees insurance and etc $60. Them supposed to be $119 2 second month so I paid for sure, them they said 10 days later I have to pay $418 because the rent is $398 plus insurance Todo $418 and late fee $60 because I don't know. I called them because I paid everything but they can take off that $60 fee. So I paid and took all my staff to another storage. Sometimes the problem is not the company if no the people is in front of desk and they didn't know how to talk and give a good service. For that reason just only I'm going to give 3 star. Thanks 👍🏼

I have been renting here for some time now. It’s been a great experience. I have been able to get help when needed and communication is never a problem. The property manager Pravin has gone above and beyond to make sure I feel like a valued customer. I highly recommend this facility for anyone looking for storage space. Access is incredibly convenient as you can drive up to all of the units. A++

Recently rented a unit at this location, and I have to say, the on-site manager, Pravin, was fantastic. He provided exceptional service, walked me through everything clearly, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. I really appreciate how helpful and professional he was. The only issue I encountered was with the online payment system, which wouldn’t process properly when I tried to rent the unit online. I was able to secure a reasonably priced "reservation" for a storage unit however, it is not hyperbole to say that it was impossible for me to confirm that reservation and rent the unit. The online links provided were not functional and filled in forms with incorrect information and provided false error codes making it impossible to complete payment. My husband and I both spoke to, in total, 8 customer service agents who were kind and attempted to help but conveyed inconsistent information provided by their system and guided us through the same dysfunctional process 4 times. The company does not provide any way to speak directly to someone who is able to fix problems or address concerns, the staff is unable to process payment over the phone, there is literally zero troubleshooting of system errors.. I don't even know how to convey how aggravating the process turned out to be. It seems to me like the company deliberately posts affordable pricing as "reservations" and then designs a broken system that is unable to provide that service. Seriously disappointing. I encourage you to save your time and find a more honest storage option.

It is an update. I actually got robbed a year ago. Surprised to find out they don't have security cameras to cover most areas except in the front near the office. I eventually moved to the front unit just to be able to have security camera. Disappointing and it was too late. My 2 most valuable antic side tables got stolen. Also beware that they kept increasing the rent. No consideration for long term renters?

Jenny is the best, heart and soul of this place, always happy to assist, amazing energy, she makes my day every time I go to my unit to pick up some stuff. Units are very affordable, clean, 12ft tall, safe and secure. Thumbs up all around.

I really like this facility but I have to move to another city. The costumer service from store manager Parvin is 100 % professional. The facility is always clean with lots of space. If thing changes on my side I will come back, I hope Parvin is still running this place.

Parvin, site manager was very helpful & professional. I got to this site right before he was about to close. He took the extra time to show me the units I was interested in. He had me reserve the space on line before I returned the next day, that help lock in the one dollar deal I would have lost if I just walked in the next day. Great customer service.

Used a large 10x13 unit since 2016 till we moved out of area. Always had good experience using the unit . Safe and secure , clean . Staff have always been super friendly and helpful.

It was a very wonderful experience. Mr. Parvin was very patient with my parents and offered a variety of storage units for my dad's work tools.

I was fortunate to find two storage spaces at this location and worked with Parvin to complete the reservation. My only frustration was completing the online reservation via desktop. It was a bit buggy and somewhat time-consuming, but Parvin was extremely patient with me and we eventually got through it, even laughing at a few points. Parvin is a great representative of Public Storage, really helpful, very responsive, and easy to work with. I'm very happy with our choice of location and service provider. Thank you!
