There should always be somebody in the office to assist in need customers. Not everyone use the App. And sometimes we need immediate assistance. And nobody pick up the phone. Alaways ending in voicemail.!very inconvenient. I am one of the occupant in the Demsey branch

I would not recommend Public Storage! They increased my rent by close to 50% within 5 months. This place is a ripoff, so be careful before you decide store your stuff there. They increase the rent significantly once you move in your stuff. Don't get fooled by their scam!!!!
Very unprofessional location. Exchanged our lock without informing us. Once my bill was paid, couldn’t reach the on site manager to have their lock replaced with my personal lock. Never returned any VM I left to have issue resolved.

I've been renting two units here for over half a year now. Never had any issues and the manager (Angel), provides some of the finest customer service you could imagine at a storage place. She's always attentive, happy to answer questions with a smile on her face, and will make your stay at the facility a rather pleasant experience if approached.
This place was very helpful. The gating seems fine, the places had a reasonable price, and I was helped out by Claudia, whom I found to be very helpful. While I haven't been at this place long yet, it does seem like I'll be happy here with my things.

We had an amazing experience coming here, the associate who assisted us was very friendly and understanding. She lead us through everything, making sure we had the smoothest and easiest move-in.

Came in to assess my storage needs and Dawn was incredibly helpful and gave me great advice on long term storage.
I called at 10:04 am on 5/8 about an rv space.Extremely rude and very unprofessional person answered the call. After she there was no available space, I asked her for the price. She told me that she can't give me the price unless there was availability. I asked her why not. She started to yell at me saying I couldn't give the price because price change. I told her she didn't have to yell. She got louder and said something about checking another place. I hung up.

However a storage facility that closes at 6:00 p.m. is laughable. Most people work during their operating hours of 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. They absolutely need to extend the hours that current renters may access their units.

From the time I walked in to filling out all said documentation angel was so professional helped me with all of my questions and answer them very professionally. This place is literally down the street from my house which is very convenient. I rented a space for about 4 months and got all my stuff stolen, when I went to my unit the lock was replaced without notification. I went to the front desk to ask what happened and I needed to go into my unit and both girls were rude and useless saying they didn’t know anything about it and that I can’t cut the actual lock (which was not mine) or they will call the police. I cut it regardless to find out someone stole all my stuff. I placed a claim through the insurance which took them about 8 months to send the check of the payout claim.
Prices are going up because they upgraded or paved the road ? time to move out!
