I've rented at this location twice and I'm looking to rent again. I've looked at other storage places but none come close to the personal and professional staff you have here. Each time I rented I've rented Vicki showed me around asked how many rooms I'd be storing and got me just the right storage size for my needs. Avoid this Storage facility at all cost. First of all, everytime I go, no one is ever in the office and no one answers the phone the times I've called. Even after leaving a message I received a call back from Josh an hour later. I should have know I couldn't trust this facility when all that separates each unit is drywall and or particle board. Did you know that they keep some unused units unlocked for people that want to rent online. Dishonest people can rent a storage to gain access and steal your property. Like what happend to us. When learned about the theft I asked if they can put a lock on the storage and they said it would cost $20 to buy a new lock. This is ridiculous.
I'm so sad to have lost unreplacable memories from my kids when they were little.
Joshua provided great customer support! He was able to show me three different storage spaces. He was fully transparent and was able to help me get the right unit for my specific needs.

The company itself is meh, constant issues, but the management here are top notch and go above and beyond to fix the issues the main company itself causes so customers are in good hands here.

Great service my aunt just rented and the manager Vicki was super helpful in helping us get the unit we needed. As we were leaving we also got introduced to the main manager Joshua he introduced himself and let us know if we needed anything to come back and he was there to help. Joshua is a great clean property with no problems very helpful and explained everything. A year later and I can’t say enough about Joshua's customer service. Very professional and always there if I need any help.
Update: it has been another 6 months since my last review and I still think joshua keeps giving great customer service every time I come in is a great experience.
I came back rented a couple of days ago and Josh was there to help me out showed me a couple of different sizes and was more than happy to show them to me. Glad I came back here to rent. The process is easy and showed me I could use my phone to open the gates without getting out of my car as well.
hands down some of the best customer service I have ever got. explained everything anytime I had a quest they were there to help and answer and if they couldn't solve would always direct me to who I needed to call josh and Vicki are the best.

They keep raising the storage higher every year. Just want to add another review they have raised my rent there two times this year. I'm close to $400 on next month's bill. Every time I ask to try to get a smaller or cheaper storage they end up telling me that it won't make a difference it only go down by $20. I will be moving my possessions out by next month. I will let my community know about how the rent is raised every few months. I've had my possessions there since 2002. It's time to leave.

I have been at this facility now for over 7 years. I have to say this is the cleanest property I have been to by far. Josh and Vicki are the best everything I stop by to check on my stuff Josh and Vicki are always outside cleaning and checking up on the property couldn't have asked for a better place to store my items. the peace of mine I have is priceless.

This location gave very poor service to me during my move in. The guy on duty at the time was extremely rude and not helpful at all. I arrived at the unit with my movers, ready to move in. Upon my arrival I was surprised to see that the unit issued to me was the size of a closet. I had expressed to the person over the phone that I'm moving out of a 1 bedroom apartment and would need a space that can accommodate my entire apartment. I even listed to the agent all the items that i would need storage for. So, I was quite shocked that the unit was small enough to only hold a small amount of my belongings. However I wasn't worried as I suspected we could just upgrade the unit to a larger unit and I'd pay the difference. When I returned to the office the associate was visibly and verbally in a different mood and was extremely combative and not helpful at all to help me resolve the issue. I had to literally pause the conversation that was escalating and ask him "whats happening right now?". I literally just wanted to upgrade my unit and after the aggressive conversation from this employee I ended leaving and going to a different storage unit. Not only was I mistreated but I also had my contract cancelled and lost monies I've paid due to a disgruntle employee. I will no longer patronize Public storage and I just wanted to make others aware that if you come across this individual at this location do not say anything or defend yourself or the same may potentially happen to you.

What a disappointment, Horrible service, the blond lady in the office was incredibly rude and unfriendly. I wouldn't trust these people to watch my household garbage let alone personal items that I value.
I can understand anyone maybe having a bad day but I can't say I have ever had anyone successfully turn me off to an entire company after one interaction but she did it.
Don't waste your time. I went in there to inquire about renting a space and the woman working there was very short and rude. I will take my business elsewhere and I encourage you to do the same.

From day 1 we were genuinely welcomed to Southern California by one of the Staff, Vicki Parks. She answered any questions we had and showed us a couple different size units that we were interested in for our belongings. It helped us feel that our personal possessions were important and would be safe and well taken care of.

Worst company. Do not rent from Public Storage. They are a horrible business very unethical! They do not tell you after 6 months they are raising your rent by 40%. They send you the bill on 1st, you’re forced to pay high bill for the whole month, no notification. They say supply & demand & keep raising prices just because they like to rip off customers not because their unit is worth the increase. First do not rent from them. Second, ask other companies in LA, what is rate for the entire year if you need it for the length of time. Do not assume. When I rented from extra space storage in NYC, they called me to apologize they needed to raise the rent after 2.5 years & to warn me. So I was shocked by public storage since there is so much land here, but this is a big company, so they don’t care about you the customer.
Just did my e-rental it was quick and easy. I am a returning customer. I really like this location. Very clean , the buildings look nice and kept maintained. I remember they had just painted it and it still looks fresh. Moving out was painless and hassle free. Thank you Vicky at the front desk. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

Had to gain access to and clear out a family member's storage unit. Joshua helped us a month ago giving us the forms and instructions we needed to take possession after his passing. The day we cleared it out, Vicki helped us set up the locksmith to cut the lock, even saved us money as we didn't need to replace the lock. Both were so friendly, patient, and helpful. Sure helped make a grueling experience a lot easier.
