STAY AWAY!!! Omar didn’t mention the CATCH! All the good reviews are because they pressure you to do so when you sign up. Raising my rent every single month!! Absolutely crazy! I can't currently go pull my stuff out since l'm out of country, so gonna be sending some friends to do so. What a shady shady business!!

I wouldn't recommend this storage unit unless you like constant price increases and having to call in to try to get your price reduced. I signed up for a 10 x 10 unit for $174 and the price was increased after 6 months. Now it is $393 for the same unit up 202%.

Karina was the associate who helped me. & I just have to say she was so nice , so welcoming , helped me a lot to choose the right storage for me definitely a 5 star for her. Units are clean , & easy to access . Very happy to have my belongings here.

I just wanted to express my gratitude and appreciation toward Omar & Terrence who were such an incredible help, super professional and communicative in getting me set up at my new unit today. A few days ago I had a really terrible experience at another location in North Hollywood and ended up needing to relocate my storage unit to this Burbank location. After that situation I was super disheartened and frustrated but thanks to Omar and Terrence for assisting me in getting the transfer sorted I am much, much happier to have gotten set up at their location. I came here to get myself some storage for the summer and was helped by the gentleman Omar. He made sure I knew about all policies, and how to pick the best storage for my needs. The storage areas are clean and fit my needs indeed.

While I can't say I am a cheerleader for most storage units services, I've had good luck lately with various Public Storage locations in my area. I'm singling out this location for special recognition. The manager, Omar, has to be the most sincere person I've encountered at their locations. He was very honest and attentive and answered all of my questions in an upbeat way. I ask a lot of questions so I consider the a great character trait. He's gone out of his way to make my rental secure. He's also taken my continued frustration with the app and has done what he could to alleviate the problematic areas. That's a lot to expect from any place, so in the normally stoic world of storage rentals, Omar stands out in a very positive way.

Just want to take a moment and praise Omar. This dude is the reason why I decided to do business with Public Storage instead of going to another storage company. He was very persuasive very knowledgeable and above all friendly. You can’t teach customer service to everyone and expect them to execute it. With Omar it just comes naturally because that’s who he is. The times that I have ran into him when I stop by my storage he greets me respectfully always willing to go above and beyond by asking if everything’s good with my unit and if there’s anything he can do for me to just simply let him know. Plus I’ve caught him many times cleaning the property- no wonder this location is always clean and organized. I have nothing but positive things to say about Omar. Public Storage you got it right by hiring him as one of your own because he represents your company to the highest standard. Well done. & Omar thank you for everything that you do!

I only started renting a unit in September 2023. Originally, I couldn't say enough nice things about this place - it is clean & safe & the office staff are wonderful. BUT - I was renting a 10X10 unit with insurance for $153.00/mo. I just received a rent raise after these few months & now my rent will be $205/mo. That's a hell of a raise!!!! Now I need to find out if they have a habit of doing this every time you turn around - if so, as much as I hate to move again - I'm going to have to seek out another option

Was fine - never crowded, easy to get my stuff... until they raised my storage rent from $319 to $412 after I'd been there for less than a couple of months. Apparently storage units aren't 'rent controlled' and they can do this whenever they feel like. My friend who stores there warned me about this, but I didn't think it would be that big of a jump in one go! :/ Moving elsewhere.

Staff could use some etiquette courses. Just because you arrive before they open and you're disabled with a van full of things to organize and move, I would hardly call that "loitering". The rent is paid, we were the only ones there, we're moving a friend into a new place and we were asked to leave and come back when we were ready to actually move our things in or out. Even though there is no time limit per visit. Even though my friend's been a customer there for almost a year. And even though it was raining. There used to be things called customer service, kindness, building a rapport with your customers, that's all been replaced with this false sense of urgency under the guise of security concerns which are completely inappropriate and uncalled for. I would just like to remind the guy who works there... you're in charge of an empty space. Not exactly a resume highlight.

Omar helped us find the right storage for our needs. He went above and beyond find the size that beat suited us. The latch wasn’t working on our unit and he fixed it within for us as we were putting our things into the unit. The space is extremely clean and it is very safe.

I went to look at storages in hopes of finding the perfect place to store my items. I came in with my mom and saw Omar helping a customer before me. We were in no rush, so Omar was able to help that customer find exactly what they were looking for by making phone calls and checking availabilities. Seeing the happy customer, I knew Omar was the kind of person to go above and beyond to get us what we were looking for. After apologizing for making us wait, he greeted us with a smile. He asked us a couple questions to try to gauge our needs and found a unit that he thought we would like. He took the time to give us a tour of the facility and talk about the services provided. He was also patient with my mother, who is handicapped and walks slower than usual. He showed us the unit and mentioned other options. We liked the one he showed us, it was the perfect size and the location was great. The location is clean and even though the smaller units are not lit, the automatic light in the hallway lit our unit decently. Omar helped us to complete the process. Overall, this was an amazing experience.

After less than 6 months renting a storage unit from them, they raised the rent 35%! I found a larger storage unit, closer to my house, willing to sign a lease, and $200 a month cheaper. I would not recommend Pubic Storage to anyone!!

The management at this location has gone above and beyond in providing great customer service. My large unit had trouble opening. The same day, the district manager came out to open it and waited for me to get there. We temporarily moved into a smaller unit and was compensated for the inconvenience. Omar and Nancy have been great in keeping us updated when the original unit was available. Omar helped me find the answers from our insurance agent. He even contacted me personally to let me know a payment was missed prior to incurring late charges. I appreciate their help and highly recommend this location to others.

WAY closer to me. And with CA gas prices at $7/gallon! OMAR! Can't thank you enough for ALL tge ways you go above and beyond for your customers..tge SAFETY you provide! The cleanliness! Numerous times, we have gone and have seen Omar walking each floor, each building -- cleaning and sanitizing and more cleaning! Wow. And the bathrooms are the cleaest public restrook ever.
