Easy to find and Super clean grounds. Staff are knowledgeable and customer oriented. Daisy was the associate who provided excellent customer service. Even with her manager there she was herself and provided 5 star service. Thank you. Options are available for upgrades and purchase. The employee, whose name I unfortunately did not catch, treated me with a level of disrespect and hostility that seemed entirely based on my race. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that I was being treated differently from other customers. The employee made derogatory comments, refused to provide adequate assistance, and even suggested that I look for storage "somewhere else," implying that I was not welcome there.
I strongly advise anyone considering this location to think twice. No one should have to endure the kind of treatment I experienced. This company needs to take serious action to rectify this situation and prevent it from happening to others.
I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience at this Public Storage location, primarily due to the behavior of the manager, Fernando. From the moment I walked in, he was rude and dismissive. Instead of helping me with my questions and concerns, he seemed more interested in belittling me and making me feel unwelcome.
Fernando's unprofessionalism was on full display throughout our interaction. He raised his voice when I asked for clarification on storage rates and policies, and at one point, he even walked away from our conversation without any explanation. His condescending attitude made the entire experience stressful and unpleasant.
I expected better customer service from a reputable company like Public Storage. If you're considering storing your belongings here, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. The last thing anyone needs during a move is to deal with a rude and unprofessional manager like Fernando.

Update…….so now they sent me a email on 04/30/2024 stating that they’re going to raise my rent from $123 month to $163 a month, a increase of $40.00 for a 5’x10’ unit.
But yet when I go on their website for this location, a new customer can rent a 5’x10’ unit for $95 or a 10’x10’ unit for $108 a month. 🤔
I’m going to have a word with the manager and corporate about this situation.

Public Storage is turning into a joke with their greed and unethical business practices.
I've been renting here for ten years and they raised my rent at least nine times, they raised my rent in December of 2021 and now they raised it again in May of 2022 another $22 a month, and now in June of 2023, I’m paying more than new rental customer who rents a new space
They claim they’re raising the rent because of market rates.
Who determines the market rate….it’s other greedy storage companies that do.
When other storage companies raise their rates, they all follow suit.
It’s no use moving to a less expensive facility as they will all eventually raise their rates.

Took my Mother to the Bloomington office to pay her storage fee. My mom is 88 and sometimes don’t understand when the fees go up, but Rene the representative on duty that morning was able to explain everything and also requested a customer loyalty discount for my mom. We were both very satisfied with the service.

Came to property to make my pymt and the Property Mgr Rene asked me how my unit is working for me and I am currently having an issue that I’m dealing with Public Storage Insurance and I’m waiting for response from them but it unfortunate has been a long process unresolved. Hopefully we can soon move forward with the issue at hand.
