THE GRAND OPENING!! The New Public Storage Facility This was and architectural achievement! Nothing short of beautiful. The building Towers over Central Broward County and the Historic Dillard Community. Once it was was a vintage operation with many moving parts and was still good. But the solid and unison structure this nee building is breathtaking and strong. It's Southside (main entrance side) gives a perfect view of the Sunrise Blvd Overpass and the whole I-95 highway built in 1996. Check it out! Open

Rachel did an excellent job giving me a tour of the place. She was incredibly friendly and easy to talk to, she noticed I was hot and gave me a bottled water. Looking for storage options isn’t easy, she was very knowledgeable and made the whole process easy. The place is brand new and super clean, I would recommend this place to anyone looking for storage options, great place and customer service

We arrived at this location at 4:45 on Sunday wanting to rent storage space (the office closed at 5pm). The worker came to the door and said they closed at 5pm and I told her it was 445pm. She said she was not allowed to rent any more spaces after 430pm. We left and went to a competitor.

I went in this morning to compare a 10 x 15 and 10 x 20 unit (I went w/ the smaller) and throughout the entire process Rachel was simply AMAZING; explaining unit options, educating me on a temperature controlled environment, answing my questions, I mean you name it, she knew it, lol...!! Just when I began feeling businesses care less about customer service (per the questionable hiring choices I've encountered as of late, in all industries), Rachel has truly been a breath of fresh air -- with her kindness and willingness to help, reminding me some companies still value customer satisfaction, and hire top-tier emploees such as Rachel... Thank you again, Rachel, for your patience and professionalism today; you made a dreaded chore effortless and pleasant. What a great way to kick-off 2025. Happy New Year...!!!
