I want to write the best, most glowing review for Anthony at Public Storage! He went above and beyond to help me and was so kind. Thank you so much.
I do not recommend this place for storage needs. I’m a Pastor, myself and my helpers were constantly disrespected. I bought those people in to help me. The overall manager at that store is a rude white racist. He constantly stalked my guest and me. The reason I know is, I purposely left a lock of the door to see what he would prove to me he was a stalker. I left the storage in less than a minute I got an email saying lock up your belongings. I usually test bigots to see if they can past the test.This man didn’t pass the test. My guest was shown where the toilet was by a white guest.The white guest said they use the restroom all the time there. Black people please don’t waste your time. You will only be harassed and mistreated. They raise the rate from $200 to $300 in 2 months. This place is a rip off.

The facility is very clean and was not busy when we were there. We were able to use a convenient dock for larger trucks which helped us move items into storage significantly. Employee was helpful and friendly.

Alicia helped me all day to swap over my unit that was very helpful. No one informed us of where a dumpsters was they then gave us 2 hours to clear out or we get charged. We did so and we're still charged.

The employees at the facility are great only issue I have is with prices being raised especially when I planned on moving out a few weeks ago and while in the process found roaches in my unit. I asked that they refrain for upping my rent for December due to the fact I was planning on moving out in November but not I can't because I have to deal with the roach issue. The denied my request and I feel that it's just in bad taste.

There are some really smelly storage lockers at this location. Maybe we don't want to know what they are storing.
The facility is clean and well lit. Great access via the app The actual customer service 0.When you call your on speakerphone and hear people in the back that's a negative when providing customer service That's also IF you can reach someone . A cell phone that always goes to voicemail is listed on the message center (how to contact us) option. Then when you actually call the number listed on Google and select the option to speak to manager it's a Illinois number or your redirected. If you miss a payment it's never hard to communicate so it shouldn't be with general questions or concerns.
False advertising and misleading. I tried to call to cancel the account cause it don't give that option. The man at the public storage said I need to pay even if I'm not using the storage. Never accessed it or use it or even been there and can't even cancel. Smh

This is not the place for long term storage. $35 monthly increase the first chance they got, with the option to continue raising rates every 6 months. We chose them because of their great pricing, but there is no longer a price advantage to renting from them. It would literally be cheaper for me to make monthly payments to have a large shed built in my own backyard.

My family and I just moved from Florida, and we were looking for a great storage facility to use, Public Storage was referred to us so we checked it out, and the results were well worth it! The lady at the front desk Mrs Kari, was extremely kind, and so very helpful. Unfortunately an incident occurred whiles being there yesterday, BUT the lady handled the situation with extreme professionalism! Although the customer was extremely rude and volatile, resulting in the police being called, still in all she held her composure and professionalism to the highest standard! I most DEFINITELY would refer anyone and everyone to this facility! You don’t find too many people who are unflappable, yet she was. Goes to show what kind of service you will be receiving from this facility! I’m excited to do business here! Thank you!!
It is truly baffling me how this place gets any good reviews at all. From the minute my family has started using this facility it has been a complete joke. Management is unprofessional and so are the employees they let them treat people however they want. They don’t know what good customer services and they could care less about the needs of their customers. Also for the review that says this place is cheap – that’s a big lie. This place is A rip off. There are much better places that give better service than this dump. I give this place a couple years before they get shut down
