Confusing payment. I started thinking I was paying one amount, but it changed drastically when checking out. Partial for one month, then "autopay" kicked in a doubled it and was refunded some but not all of the partial. Whatever. These places milk you for all they can. Avoid if you can.
This is a great place to store what you need to keep! The facility is kept spotless and functional, and the management is super friendly and professional !!
The lady who manages the Public Storage Woodinville is a dedicated professional. She took good care of us and our trailer. Will definitely go there again.

She was a huge delight to work with and if anyone even thought of looking at my RV, she'd have shooed them away with the tenacity of a bull! She even called me to let me know my new credit card wasn't working and kept me from getting a late fee!! Love her. Will definitely be coming back for any future storage needs! 10/10 experience.
During our recent move we rented two storage units at Public Storage, Woodinville. The units were clean and easy to access. Office Manager, Anji, was very knowledgeable and easy to work with.

I've rented space from several different storage facilities in the past and have had mediocre service at best. Angie at this public storage goes above and beyond to assist her customers. Whether it be determining the right size space and type of storage or even advice on packing if asked. The location is convenient and well maintained with security.
Shayla and Angie are the best when it comes to customer satisfaction. Shayla showed us our options and was very thorough on how the operation works. Came back a couple days later and Angie not only answered all our concerns but also set up our phones for the gate and was very exuberant in making sure we understood the concept. There was an obstruction in front of our unit due to the recent snow and ice storm and Angie changed our unit with ease and we were able to proceed with our storage. Kudos to both of them for their professionalism, detail , friendliness and great service! Woodinville Public Storage is a great place to store your goods!
I’m not one to write reviews, but throw caution to the wind at getting a unit here. This place raised the amount twice in one year, each time with a months notice. Started at $75 and ended up paying $135. The same unit was still going for $75 on their website. I called twice to discuss this and was told it’s corporates fault, but the manager, Ang would look into it because that did seem high. Nothing came of it. They painted the inside hallway to my unit and all my belongings were covered in white dust. When I called about this, they said I should have received a memo that I would need to come in and cover my belongings with plastic. Ang was supposed to call me back and never did. Lastly, they don’t plow, shovel or ice the property which wouldn’t be a problem if there weren’t a steep slope on both ends of where my unit was. I had to shovel out the moving truck and the slope, with no help in sight. Save your money and go somewhere else in the area. They’ll likely treat you better than this place.

UPDATE - I still love Anji, she is the absolute best. However, Public Storage decided to hike my price up 30% with less than 1 month warning. I cannot recommend any company that hikes their prices this much.
Anji is extremely nice and very personable! Made my day. The prices seem competitive with what's in the area. Be aware that there are a few small move-in fees on top of the prices advertised online, but not exorbitant. Property feels well-maintained and secure.
