This Public Storage location on 116th in Kirkland is one of the best storage facilities around. The facility is extremely clean, very secure, and has a good sized parking lot that makes getting in and out a breeze. And the onsite manager (Jeff) is AWESOME -- super kind & helpful, truly the best customer service experience I've had in some time. I'll rented units here a few times over the years (most recently Nov 2024) and it's always been an outstanding experience.
This Kirkland Public Storage location is clean and well-maintained. It is always a pleasure working with Jeff as he takes great pride in overseeing the facility and is always looking out for his customers. Even though this location is not the closest for me, I am a repeat customer due to the great customer service.

I have used Public Storage locations in Kirkland, Bellevue and father north and this is the cleanest, most well run, best supported I have ever experienced! Jeff goes out of his way to provide amazing support and keep the place looking great!
Jeff the property manager was very helpful and kind! I feel my storage and secure at this property.
Every 4-6 months your price will increase. It's easy to miss these increases if you set your payment to auto pay. Public Storage move out policy doesn't allow you to prorate days, so if you move out on the 2nd of the month, you pay for the whole month. The upper level customer service is awful. However, the facility is conveniently located and the manager is great, but these policies left a terrible overall experience which lost my business.

I moved into this storage just three months ago, and they have already raised the rent by $30 a month. The low monthly fee advertised on their website is misleading. Additionally, the one-time move-in fee is excessively high. Due to these issues, I would not recommend this place to others.
Jeff has gone out of his way to accommodate my needs opening a storage unit. We had to change units twice that made for quite a bit of extra work. Jeff’s attitude was so kind, respectful and competent.

This storage facility continually raised my monthly rate. This happened without any notice, it went up over $150 a month over the year. This is just not good customer service. If I look online I can see the same unit available for over $100 less.

Kirkland Public Storage is my go-to storage facility! I love that it is sparkling clean, the convenient location close to I-405 and the friendly, caring staff. The manager Jeff is a superstar when it comes to customer service and that really means a lot to me. I was there recently to retrieve some staging items and Jeff noticed that the light in my unit was burned out. He installed a new light bulb for me in just a few minutes and now I can actually see everything that’s in there! I rest easy knowing all my treasures are safe and if I ever have a question, Jeff saves the day! Susan Says…storage, for those who have it all!

I must be the only person who's rent went up 43% this month... which is above what they're still currently advertising their prices for before sign on discounts. I haven't even been in my unit for half a year. Ridiculous.
Putting rate increases aside for the moment, the facility is very run and the manager does an excellent job of ensuring everything is clean and in order. He has been very responsive to my questions and my changing storage needs.
Jeff at public storage on 116th in Kirkland is fantastic! We were doing a difficult move, and he accommodated all of our storage needs and a very easy and much-needed way during our time of stress. He worked with us immediately through any challenges we had and was always very friendly and accommodating. Jeff deserves 10 stars, but we can only give him five in this format.
In a time where customer service can sometimes seem non-existent. It was very refreshing to work with some that was on top of it and making sure that we were number one.

I've had nothing but great experiences here so far. The online check in was so easy and convenient, and my unit is perfect for what I need. I wouldn't have even thought to leave a review, but recently I forgot to lock up my unit, and Jeff called me right away to let me know so I could come lock it up. Thanks Jeff! Five stars.
First of all, my experience with the staff was wonderful and I had no issues with my payments or account at any point.
Unfortunately the reason I'm giving this location a one star is because my unit was broken into and emptied between my visits this year. The way that I found out was that my lock on my unit had been destroyed or drilled out and replaced with a new lock. I cannot recommend this location for storing items after going through this process.
This is the best place to store your belongings! The property manager is amazing, kind and helpful. The property is well maintained and it is secure. I had a storage unit here for 10 years and just emptied it.

Sep 2022- I'm done, fed up with the increases. Rent went up 30% per year, effectively.
Had several years of wonderful service here. When it came time to move out of state, they were very friendly with the moving process.
