Our experience here was great! It was super easy to start service. We did it all through the app. We showed up same day and got the keys and moved in! Robin was super friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and temperature controlled. The complimentary carts are a huge help. The elevators and hallways are a bit narrow which can be a struggle. When we needed to move out it was super easy to stop service and the front desk girls were very helpful. We will definitely be using public storage in the future.

Good, secure place to store your stuff, Robin is really nice and helpful. The app is pretty easy to use, and works well to open the building. There's a large elevator and multiple carts to help with moves-in or out. Plenty of parking as well. My only complaint is probably the most common for all storage units: price hikes. My wife and I had our things in a 10x10 unit for about 15 months, and the monthly fee went up from $155 at the beginning to $277 when we moved out. Not really anything you can do when you're stuff is locked up and you're halfway around the world, and not a problem exclusive to Public Storage, but I wanted to leave a transparent review.

The staff are knowledgeable, caring, helpful. The units are clean, spacious, bright, secure by locks on units plus a coded door at entrance. It is easy to get in our unit with flexible hours for access. When you need the staff there is a phone # for after hours or when it is during hours they are friendly and helpful when we need something. They have reasonable rates for multiple sized units. They have carts available for customers to use for unloading and loading.

Robin and Crystal are always super friendly and kind. Every time I visit the office they are very helpful and I have good experience. Highly recommend this location!

Robin exemplified great customer service I walked in 3 minutes before closing. Robin took 20 minutes to resolve my issue and even contacted her manager to get my issue resolved. That is what I call 5 Star service.

This storage facility is clean, well maintained and has all the perks, including 2 large elevators and 4 large trolleys free to use for moving heavy items. Crystal helped me move in and out with ease. At the time I rented it was also the cheapest in the area. Honestly I see no reason why anyone would rent any other place.

Robin was an immense help when I came in to ask about renting a storage unit here. She was friendly, informative, and helped me decide which storage size would be right for me. Make sure you check the online prices though. They tend to be much cheaper than if you were to sign up in-person.

Terrible! Access is being denied for an entire building of renters! An error on the keypad for the lobby is being blamed. The company said because it is on a weekend they can't get a tech out until "probably" Monday. A company this big isn't paying for after hours service. Don't store your stuff here if you want access to your stuff! There are plenty of other storage places to go to that would actually handle this issue properly. Also there was no email or phone call warning about not having access. Imagine all of the people who hired movers etc. this weekend, arrived, and are told they can't use or get into their storage. And of course Public Storage isn't going to give a reimbursement for all of the days access is denied. SMH this company is trash!

I had a fantastic experience at this storage unit facility! Robin, the front receptionist, was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my entire rental process. The facility itself is spotless, and the convenient location made it easy for me to access my belongings. I would definitely give this storage unit a five-star rating and would use again if needed.

UPDATE (Sep 2023): Recently, I downsized from a 10'x20' to a 10'x15' (finally!). Goal: 10'x0' :). Again, I am really impressed with the excellent level of customer service at this location. In particular, Robin and Kris. They are very knowledgeable, courteous, and also creative problem solvers. ------------ Sadly, I have way TOO much experience renting storage units over the years — having rented from multiple storage companies/locations in King County and in another state. This particular Public Storage facility is by far the best storage location to-date. The facility is secure, clean, and climate controlled. The staff over the years, in particular, Debbie who works there now, are friendly, professional, and helpful. The rates are very competitive for what the location offers.

I rented a unit from here recently. Chantelle assisted me with the rental process as well as showing me the ins and outs of the building. Great friendly, knowledgable service!

Place was clean and accessible with friendly staff. Unfortunately I ended up being over charged multiple times because their auto pay system is faulty. Never have had any auto pay issues in the past, and they refused to refund my the late payment fees. Such a joke. Assume you'll be paying significantly more than the rate offered every month. I will never use them again and I suggest you look elsewhere for your storage needs unless you feel like being bent over on the regular.

Just got some stuff moved in today, truly a 5-star experience! Both staff members were professional and personable; they were welcoming and transparent about unit pricing & policies and I never felt “in the dark” about anything. Honesty is key, and I have the utmost faith that my belongings are safe here! Also notable is just how nice the facility is! At the time of writing, everything looks clean (and shiny with a new coat of paint!). It always improves confidence when the facility is well-maintained! Ask all of the important questions—the staff will have answers! This location is by far the best Public Storage location I have rented at, I’m happy to have found it!

When I got there, Robin was available to help me out. She showed me the unit and clearly described all of the benefits Public Storage offers. She showed me how to use the app and made the whole process super quick and easy! They were both fantastic when I was checking out at the register. I checked out a few other storage places nearby before I stopped here and I left there feeling very confident that I made the right choice going with Public Storage, specifically this location. Thank you two again!! 5 stars. EDIT- I am updating my review because of a phone call I had this morning with Kris, the property manager. I got lost in the building as it was my first time actually navigating through the units and ended up leaving the building at 9:01 or 9:02. I got a “courtesy call” saying that I left after hours so I explained the situation and she seemed understanding then adds “well I saw you pull your car off the property at 9:06”……. So apparently if this happens enough times they have the district manager potentially fine you or terminate your rental agreement. Just a heads up for everyone. I just barely moved my stuff into the unit and everything was great with the first two ladies that helped me, but a “courtesy call” saying I need to be physically out of the parking lot by 9pm is a little ridiculous considering I literally just needed my car to warm up.

Robin is the best!! Friendly, proactive and knows what to do. I rented a space that was too small for all my stuff and she promptly offered me the perfect size unit at good price. Very friendly and helpful staff, diligent on followup, very clean facilities, sufficient carts, safe grounds, and the price is right. I've rented here twice now and I can confidently say that my stuff will be where I left it, in the condition that I left it. 😂 (One minor quibble: the door to the second building sticks, and has done since my first time renting with them. Amazing customer service! Quinton was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was extremely patient and kind as I had my own issues in finding a suitable unit to store my stuff while changing my mind several times throughout the process. Walked me through several units answering every question I had as well as provided me with additional information I didn't think to ask. I felt heard, looked after and felt as though he truly cared about my storage unit leasing experience as a whole. I would recommend this Public Storage location to anyone who wants to feel peace of mind about their items being stored away from home!

I reserved a unit at Public Storage online. Upon looking at the size guide on their site, it showed me two images for small storage units. A 5x5 and a 5x10. Both units had a person standing by the entry of these storage units that resembled a regular size door. I chose the 5x5 because it fit my needs. Next, I went to find a unit for the 5x5 that met location and price because I have a budget. I would have never chosen to rent a unit for the higher priced 5x5 units because it simply wasn’t in my budget and was looking for long-term storage. After reserving the unit and paying for rental ($33), admin fees ($29), and lock ($22.01) for $84.01 I showed up on the date (4/4/2023) I opted to start renting the unit. When I arrived, the unit looked like a cubby hole. The office was closed so I left a voicemail to get his issue resolved. Upon thinking that I may have reserved a 3x3 I went online to reserve the correct size. Unfortunately, when I went back to look at the emails I reserved a 5x5. This made me ever more confused and opted to wait until hearing back from Public Storage. I work nights, so I missed the call from Public Storage on 4/5/2023. I returned their call immediately and spoke with a Robin (unknown if correct spelling). She let me know that the unit I rented was the correct size and she saw I put a hold on the same size unit. Robin informed me tha she could upgrade me to the unit I was expecting but at a higher price. I asked the price and she informed me either $52 or $62. This was currently out of my budged and asked for a full refund. She informed me due to policy I could only get the lock refunded. I informed her that the website misguided me to the size of the locker. Robin informed me that was corporates website. I asked if corporate owned her location. She informed me yes. I refused to accept the refund of the lock and asked for the corporate number to get the situation resolved. When I called into corporate, they were closed. I went online to search for any corporate emails so I could email someone about this issues because I work graveyard shift and emails to avoid missing a call. I found a Debra Wright, Customer Service Director for Public Storage. I sent her an email explaining the situation about feeling deceived by the storage size and providing detail and images. Debra obviously couldn’t be bothered and sent it to someone else. You would think that a company with 1.5 stars on BBB would handle every customer complaint serious to improve their rating. I never received any reply but a receipt of a refund for the lock that I refused originally. No explanation or reply to my email and me eating the $62 for storage and admin fees. I am simply embarrassed by the actions of corporate. When someone takes the time to write a very explicit email of the issue and simply gets ignored you should know where you stand as a customer. This is an excellent, clean and well lit facility. A lot of things are self service, which is great for people who need to get stuff done at odd hours. And if you do have a question, the staff are super friendly and helpful. I’ve been a customer for most of the year. Working with the folks at the desk, I’m convinced this is the “forever home” for all the junk that used to live in my garage. Now my family gets to keep their treasures, and I get my garage back!

RENTER BEWARE: I had the worst experience you can have with this establishment. A burglary happened on the property the week of July 1st 2022, my unit was one of those affected. I was not notified AT ALL by the front desk. Luckily a police officer was notifying all renters who were affected, he let me know on the 15th of July that he would like me to contact him and for me to go to my unit as soon as possible so that I could see for myself if items were stolen. That is over 2 weeks that absolutely no one from public storage contacted me, left me a voicemail an email NOTHING. I was enraged when I found out and when confronted the staff did absolutely nothing to make me feel any better. Not even a sorry. Needless to say I grabbed what remained of my things and moved it all out immediately. Not only are they expensive but they are unreliable and clearly don't care about their customers. Go literally anywhere else, this was the worst experience I have ever had with an establishment deadset on conning their customers so they don't lose a buck.

I am currently renting a space at the Bothell location. They had a great deal on the first month and it's been easy to use. I also wanted to publicly acknowledge the great job Robin is doing at managing this location. She has been friendly and helpful, and she clearly works hard at her job. I hope she get's a promotion and a raise!

The location is great. Robin was extremely helpful and the entire setup process was smooth. The floors could probably use a map, but once you get the hang of it it's not hard to navigate. Clean, secure, friendly staff... definitely worth using.

I rented two units at this Public Storage location (right on the Bothell/Kenmore border) for a few months. It was a much better experience than other storage units I've had in the past. All the units are indoors, and the buildings are well maintained and in great condition: wide halls, clean floors, spotless bathrooms, comfortable temperature. Robin and her team made checking in and checking out smooth and painless. Highly recommended.

The manager, Robin, is so nice and helpful from the first second of the first phone call! They have awesome customer service and the space is very clean and easy to access!

Reserved a unit, then within 24 hours of the reservation found out things had changed and I did not need it. Not only was he the process a pain but I found out that I wasn't canceling a reservation but I was vacating a space I never moved into. I was only guaranteed a return on half of the money that I paid during the reservation process. The people were great but I got really tired of hearing there's nothing more we can do.

Tommy and Robin (at the desk) provided a great checkout(?) experience. They were so sweet with such nice smiles and light jokes, and I felt very welcome even as I was leaving the unit. Throughout the duration of our unit rental, the public storage unit itself was always cool and clean, and the carts provided have such nice wheels (I have a thing for that sorta stuff :)). Robin also remembered me and my mom from a long time ago when we first opened the unit, and it felt nice to be recognized.

I am an Epileptic an had a seizure in my storage. Me an my wife was given no warning just get out. I know I can't sleep in the storage. I can not control when I have them. Me being black and her a Native. She has been by my side of 9 years. I really would appreciate. You all having a little compassion for the disabled. Racism in Bothell is unreal. But thank you for further reminding me of that. NE end of Seattle.

I hope you all have more compassion for people with Epilepsy. My husband. I know what it looked like. I didn't explain cause she was you can't sleep in here. We know that but. He can not control when he has one. An really didn't want to explain. Cause a Black man and a Native women together in a storage. He sleep. Bothell always lets us know where we are at. The store manager Robin has great customer service skills and was very helpful as we transitioned into our unit. I would high recommend this location.

Totally impressed. As I walked into the office to vacate my space, I was immediately greeted cheerfully by Robin and Trinity. They were busy at their computers, and so quickly processed my vacate. They are two cheerful, professional ladies. Also, I was impressed with the total cleanliness of my storage space and the hallways.

The whole team, particularly Robin were excellent! Kind, responsive and prices were extremely reasonable. Cannot recommend enough!

Bothell location is awesome! I recently had the dreaded task of putting furniture, etc in storage. Robin was very friendly and helpful in answering my questions. The online set up process was very quick. Property is clean and secure. Love the app for accessing the building and managing my account. Robin helped another of my friends get a storage unit yesterday. If you need storage, Robin will take great care of you!

Robin and Naomi are great! My first time renting a storage locker and they made it flawless! Their customer service was top notch and their positive attitude and friendly approach made me fell comfortable that I had chosen the right place to store my belongings! The facility is clean and easy to get to. I'll recommend this location and Robin and Naomi's helpful assistance to anyone!

This is probably my favorite Public Storage. Moving in and moving out was painless and hassle free! They have codes for building and elevators for extra safety (which I appreciated because I would come drop off my stuff after work in the dark). Creating an account took 5 minutes and closing it out took 5 seconds. Shoutout to James and Robin for being the sweetest and so very helpful- on the phone and in person! Thanks, team!!

I've used Public Storage several times throughout the years, and this is the best one yet! Robin, the property manager is amazing with customer service. She went beyond the call of duty for us! I wish all the property managers were as kind, attentive and willing to serve as she has been! The facility is run with precision and is very clean. I would highly recommend that if you have a choice...store your things at this facility!!! It has been worth the extra drive for us!
