Belinda saved my family from a burning fire. 10/10. I would take a bullet for that lady.
From the moment I moved in to the moment we moved out, Belinda was nothing short of amazing. She was courteous, helpful and always went above and beyond. When I moved in to my storage, I encountered a lot of challenges with other Public Storage units and unhelpful workers, and Belinda set out to help me and fix other people’s mistakes that she didn’t have to. She was always of great assistance and positive. I’d recommend this location solely because of her.

It is family owned. Belinda ( Owner) is so friendly . Outstanding customer service. Month to month rent , no lease to worry about High security. Easy access from your phone . I always see the owners patrolling the property during the day and at nights . The property is well maintained and very close proximity to the airport in a very safe neighborhood . The storage units are clean and water proof. I can assure you that your belonging are safe and damage free. Without any reservations, I recommend this facility to anyone.
I noticed the great reviews for this Public Storage and I do agree on the easy online setup, getting a confirmation call, how clean our unit was and the quick cancellation. What bothers me is the fact that my unit was re-rented for the remainder of the month I paid for!! I accepted the contract stating that there is no prorated refund - without any options. We had a third of September remaining when we checked out. We paid for the entire month of September, which is in the contract. However, Public Storage cannot double dip and rent the unit to someone else also ???
The best public ever, the workers are very are very kind, very sweet and respectfully. It is still the same great place . Best storage in town. They welcome everyone with respect and dignity.

I went to the storage unit from this location for the better part of a year. The lot was clean and well maintained. I only ever had one issue at the location and resolved in a prompt and efficient manner. I no longer need a storage unit but I didn't need one in the future I would come here
Belinda and Jennifer were very kind and helpful. After continuous rent hikes we had to move all of our things to a larger unit because it was cheaper. But they were very kind, patient, and helpful and ensuring a smooth process.

The 5 stars is for the customer service on site. Belinda and Jennifer who work there really take care of the customers. One of few examples: When my key broke inside my lock during the cold spell, their lock-cutter was away, they used their ingenuity to get the broken key out of the lock. Unfortunately, the corporate company is a faceless profiteering machine, they assume your switching costs are heavy so they jack up the prices once they get you in. They raised my rental unit charge by 35% within 6 months! I am taking my business elsewhere and I hope that you too live lightly and can do the same when they do it to you.
Belinda and her customer service are amazing. We’ve been with her there for almost 2 years but unfortunately Public Storage corporate almost doubled our rent during that time and it just wasn’t sustainable.

Little bit of a hiccup when renting our space but Jennifer and Belinda took care of it right away. We had a little trouble getting our bill sorted out with management but Belinda was on top of things all of the way. Very friendly staff. Very user friendly place. We loved the app to unlock the gate. It made it so much easier to come and go as we needed.
Linda was an incredible help and even let me get out early before having to pay for an additional month of storage! Amazing experience will come back again!

I came in after hours to leave my bike. The office lady or property manager, Belinda at the Bellingham, Wa location talked to me through the doorbell and let leave my bike for the evening parked out front. I have been dealing with insane personal issues and threats and she has been so understanding and supportive in keeping discretion and working with me. I have never been so impressed with customer service and care. It was much needed and so very much appreciated!! You have a wonderful employee and a grateful customer!

Some of our belongings got damaged by rodents and we had gotten insurance through public storage. And unfortunately they will only give us upto 15% of the cost of the damaged items. DO NOT KEEP ANYTHING YOU CARE ABOUT AT THIS FACILITY!

Belinda was an amazing help when I learned how quickly I needed to put my 3 bd house into storage (1 week!). She helped figure out what size of a unit I needed, showed me the units available that fit my needs, ensured I knew how to get a unit AND worked with her coworkers to ensure that when I was ready to move in later in the week that everything would go smoothly. She even asked if I needed recommendations on movers as she knew all of the companies (I didn't but it was so appreciated and showed she cared...or how frazzle I was, lol). This was my first time renting a storage unit in Bellingham. I looked around and visited several facilities. Public Storage came out first in my survey. It is CLEAN and super well-maintained. It s made of stone and wood NOT CHEAP METAL. Belinda is awesome and took the extra time to make sure I got what I needed. Thank you, Belinda! A friend who works in the moving and storage business recommended Bellingham Public Storage. He's used them a lot. I found, after my own research, that his recommendation was spot on.

Charged a full month's rent when I moved out on the the 1st of the month, and customer service would not help make it right.

BEWARE they move you in with low fees. Then out of the blue they sock it to you with a big jump in monthly storage rate. That happen to us and friends we know.
SEARCH elsewhere, there are many places with stabilized monthly fees. Whatever Public Storage shows you know in a few years that rate will nearly double.
