Awesome staff! Really friendly and easy to move in and out. I didn’t even give a long notice and they said as long as I’m out by the end of the month I wouldn’t be charged. Highly recommend

I stopped in to view the facility. Gina was very helpful and the place was very clean and we'll organized. I'm not quite ready for a storage unit that that will be the place I would go.

Good location just a little pricey for what it is but everyone wise is around the same cost or more.

One of the better interactions I’ve had in searching for a storage unit in the area, Gina was very helpful. I had a couple other locations that were closer to my current residence but she sold me in her positive cheerful attitude. Location is unkept very well and the few units she walked me around to help me decide on the size were in immaculate condition.

When I first called Public Storage, I was in a very rough spot, and my frustration probably came through the phone when I implied she shouldn’t take a lunch..Gina handled it with such grace and professionalism that my day turned smooth. So smooth, in fact, I ended up extending my stay for an extra three months just because of her stellar service! She won my respect on that very first call and has not missed beat since. Highly recommend this place!

We had a great experience with the help from Gina back in January when we rushed to move our belongings to the storage unit. Today we moved all of our belongings out and Gina was just as helpful. Thank you!

Update: Gina is golden. I worked with Gina when renting my first and second units. Gina was the main person I always worked with on many occasions. She was always helpful and great to work with. Working with her for over 2 years was always a pleasure. She is priceless and represents the Public Storage Company at 110%. Jennifer was awesome. This place is cleaner than my kitchen, and trust me, that’s saying something, and the staff—led by Gina, - Jason, and Jennifer—are not only on point all the time but also incredibly friendly and helpful. Even Grumpy Cat would crack a smile in this impeccably tidy haven. I highly recommend.

So far so good, Its my first time using a storage unit. I'm very happy with my choice. Gina the manager there is very caring and knowledgeable.

Gina was amazing from start to the end of my rental, I was going through a really hard time and in a tight position. She understood and listened and did what she was able to and work with me to save my belongings. I’ve rented storage units in the past and none of them really actually care and you’re just a number, but not with Gina!!! Highly recommend renting here if you want to feel that your belongings will be safe and looked after.

The manager of this storage unit is very well versed in her job and has a dedication to leaving customers with a smile on their face and satisfied with their move in. She has an uplifting spirit and I highly recommend renting a unit here.

So this is Public Storage now. We moved out of our unit 3 days ago. Gina was most helpful. It was pouring down rain so I didn't have time to sweep it out and she took care of everything for me. Review is for facility manager & facility only, not for Public Storage as it was bought 1day before my move out. I stored here for 3yrs & facility is overseen by the Manager Gina who also lives right on site. Gina is an excellent employee and it shows by being retained & so-called "re-trained" by now 3 owners of this same facility. Gina knows her stuff, is a major multi-tasker and has always been pleasant, informative and helpful, no matter what is going on around her or thrown at her. You are in the best of hands with Gina!! The facility is clean & in a fairly low-crime area...at least for now. All units are outdoor accessible and none are climate controlled. "To my knowledge," there were no break-in's and only 1 "possible" attempt in the 3yrs I was there. The facility is gated, has great cameras, each unit individually alarmed and with a manager that lives on-site makes for a great combination. My reason for leaving facility is twofold. Moved from the area & price. When I moved in, it was privately owned & with insurance I paid $142 month. When the next owner's bought it a few months ago, shortly after buying it they jacked up the price of unit & insurance considerably and had numerous computer & website issues as well as making me pay extra to NOT go "auto-pay". Upon moving out, I was paying $175!! This new owner, Public Storage, appears to be keeping the price on this higher end. I guess the Arlington/Smokey Point area is growing so fast that it's commanding higher prices than what it used to, excluding inflation. I "would" recommend this facility if you can afford it & you can't go wrong with being taken care of by Gina. As for Public Storage, I cannot rate them as I have not done business with this company except for the 3day takeover notice.

I signed up for my first storage unit and couldnt be happier with the customer service. Gina at the front desk was very polite and professional.

Renting a unit online was very easy. Gina, the property manager, had everything all set up for me by the time I came to see the unit in person. She was very friendly and welcoming! The entire property is fenced and there are several cameras set up all throughout, so I feel comfortable storing my things here.

This is a wonderful storage facility to work with. I no longer needed the storage so just moved out but Gina in the front office was very nice to work with and made the process very easy. I felt my belongings were safe and loved the heated storage.

I have used this storage facility for a year. I made my selection because it was close to where I live and because it appeared to be well kept. I have not been disapointed in how it has been maintained and feel very comfortable knowing my belonging were in a safe environiment. Gina, the manager at this location has always been very friendly and easy to communicate with. She has had answers to my questions and helpful in providing information. I look forward to our brief visits when I come to the office and also know she is very responsible in the mantainence of the property.

They accommodated the need for parking a motorcycle and made sure it wasn’t in the middle of the hallway, making it easier to get in and out of the unit. Kind and friendly service alongside this extra help.

Simply self storage is great!! Easy to get in and out of. Spacious alleys in between buildings. We were able to maneuver a 26 foot moving truck with a car carrier. I can’t say enough good things about Gina!! She’s amazing! She was always available and so willing and ready to help! We’d recommend this place to anyone looking for self storage!

Well laid out store easy to locate

The Park was fantastic, facility was extremely clean, staff was always very helpful and communitive. They have no-contact sign up and set up which was very helpful during COVID.
