Susan helped me & provided me excellent customer service !!!!
Susan was instrumental in assisting me with my initial move in and has always been helpful and knowledgeable of all aspects of the public storage commitment to excellence when it comes to customer service
I needed to add to my review. After being a great paying customer for over 2 years. I found out that Public Storage does not really care about the good paying customers
It's all about the dollar
After 3 months my storage fee went from 153 to 206. The first 6 months everything was fine. Now 3 months later the same unit a 10x15 was jacked up to 275. I can go online and get same unit for 158
I called and pleaded to be fair in the pricing to no avail
Customer care doesn't care. I will remove my storage items this month and never use them again
The facilities are nice but payments are not fair. Keep a monthly watch on your rates. It still baffles me that instead of working with good customers, they prefer to lose my business. As I mentioned 2 weeks ago, I can get a brand new 10x15. Storage unit for 153. 275 is my jacked up price. I will have my items removed this week

Very poorly managed. Attempted to sell my contents after not even 30 days late for payment, too expensive and the service folks are too aggressive as bill collectors.
Do not waste your time or endanger your contents.
They raise prices often for no reason.

James is AWESOME! If there was a way to give him a 6 star review I would. I ordered the wrong size storage online, my mistake, but didn't realize it till later and James helped me out. I went to the unit, tried to fit things since I'm stubborn and everyone was so helpful. I dropped off my stuff but by the next day I realized I needed a bigger one. James hooked it up and not only found me one, (during peak season) but one right next to my current unit! Thank you!

I had a unit reserved for Saturday, upon arrival, the unit I had reserved was quite a bit smaller than I had anticipated. I went to the office and spoke with James. He was able to help me get moved to a larger unit with ease. James was so friendly, caring, and understanding. He made a pretty stressful situation, absolutely pain free!!

James is the nicest employee and really takes the time to answer all your questions about picking out a unit! The units are climate controlled and kept really nice and clean. The units are secured very well too. They do have carts, 4 carts I was told, but seems to be hard to grab one on busy days like Saturdays. If they were able to provide more carts, I’d certainly rate them a 5 star facility. They also sale boxes and other supply’s at a discounted rate.
MICHELLE, Was by far the most informative patient and kind public storage representative I have ever experienced. I really appreciate her customer service and for this reason I will be a loyal customer. She even made laugh while I was sad in here so u just have to appreciate good ppl. I recommend Dislocation guys rent from here!
Ms. Tammy, Christine G., and Christine H. Made the process very easy and quick. Highly recommend for anybody needing long term storage use with fair prices. Being active military I was worried this would be a long process since it was so last second, but we knocked it out in 30 minutes.
