Nice clean place, had my stuff stored there for bout 3 months with zero problems. One of the employees Jaleesa was very nice and helped me with my move in process which took little time. Thanks again 👍🏽
Would give zero stars if I could. My rental unit monthly went up from $135 to $215 in less than a year…??? Tried to contact customer service and i have tried going in person. Never anyone at the location. Nobody answers when you try to call, i’ve left 2 voicemails. So upsetting.
Way to expensive. $120 For
1/3 of an actual garage. But Temperature Controlled, That's Important.

I am writing to commend Amy at the Lynnhaven location for going beyond her job to help with my rental unit increase for which I did not receive the original email notification sent in December. Not only was she professional but she took time to listen to my issue and offered a solution to benefit me and made sure she answered all my concerns, including the price update on the website. Her patience, good work ethic and willingness to help her customers go a long way . She is a great asset to the organization !

I would not recommend public storage to anyone. I started off at a very low and affordable unit. The rates kept going up and up. When I called to complain about this, they changed it and stated they didn't want to lose our business. I then pay my unit and it still keeps going up. They state the price is "fair" and stated it will take multiple days to have my request reviewed for a lower unit..

I had a unit here for 4 years including about 1 year when it was Happy Box. Closed out in February 2023. Nice and clean. Climate controlled inside the building. Customer service was always good. You used to be able to get into your unit at anytime but they changed it about a year or year and a half ago to only before like 9pm I think which was a little annoying. They increased my monthly rent 6 times in 4 years, only one of which was done by Happy Box. Seems like they penalize using a unit there long term.
Lisa is an absolutely wonderful employee. She not only helped me figure things out with my unit, but she went above and beyond in her attentiveness and care. I’m so grateful for all of her help and we left with a great experience. Thank you Lisa! ❤️

Hey Lisa was great. Took the time to walk us through everything and was extremely nice. Made the whole experience go from just a errand to something that really made our night. I'll be tell my friends and family about her and this public storage.
Lisa & Julissa are the best!!! So easy here. They had they “funnest” conversation and are so helpful. They showed me how to use the app and put it on my phone etc. and the rate was $40.00 cheaper when I was moving in. I’m happy!!!

I went in to take a look at the unit before committing to it. Mesha was amazing!! She answered all of my questions and explained how everything works! The building looked very clean. Just make sure you make a reservation online so you can get the quote from there (it’s cheaper than walk-in) and any promotions they offer (I got 50% my first month which isn’t offered at walk-in).

Worst storage unit company I have ever dealt with. Signed up online to get the internet rate, went to the store and spent over 2 hours trying to get my unit from the employee. They had no idea what they were doing and after 2 hours I'm told that promotion is no longer available. While I am in the store the lady waiting behind me was there because her unit got broken into and they told her the money she pays for insurance thru Public Storage doesn't cover theft or break into units. Also, told her the cameras are not working so they can't see who was near her unit when break in occurred. Seems like employee/management theft. DO NOT TRUST PUBLIC STORAGE 2/2/2022
