Phenomenal, top notch customer service from MrsRegina. I’m sooo late with my review however I wanted to insure she receives recognition for her dedicated efforts ensuring every customer receives top tier service. Please utilize this location, you won’t be disappointed. Her transparency was warranted! Thank you for all you do! This is a for sure place you want to place your Valuables. This isn’t an ordinary drop your things off storage it’s actually unique here’s why, the face of this store is a very caring professional thorough manager her name is Regina. She make sure you get the size storage you need she won’t allow you to be in a tight spot if you require more. She make sure your things are safe and the property is clean. However it’s very small driving space to get to the storage so although these storages have lots of space be mindful that a really big moving truck will not fit so that may be a inconvenience.
I absolutely love this place Regina is so amazing always keeping things clean and making you feel part of the public storage family. I would recommend all locations she manages because she is one of the good ones who really care!

Ms Regina was amazing! She immediately helped me with my unit upon arrival and gave me so many good ideas on how to store my items, which are delicate. I called public storage in a real bind and needed to put my items in storage asap. Regina at the Indian river road and providence location was amazing in service!!! Regina at public storage is the greatest. She was very helpful in accommodating me with the space that I needed after the original spaces assigned was not the correct sizing that was assigned through the app. Regina was able to correct things for me the morning after when I came in person. Top customer service even during a thunderstorm. You rock Regina. Promote Regina ahead of her peers.
Hole in the roof. Leaked water and ruined a lot of my stuff. They didn't fix it immediately and rats and lizards got in. I had a 20x20 and they doubled the price to 518.00 a month knowing I was a senior and couldn't move the stuff. It was a terrible experience.

This place has TRIPLED its cost since I got my unit 3 years ago. That is ridiculous. They also said my unit is climate controlled and now my items have mildew on them. Absolutely do not recommend this storage facility and will be moving my things out ASAP.

Regina at this facility is what you seek in the gatekeeper of your belongings. She's not going to allow a bunch of nonsense within her walls (protecting your property), she's going to let you know about everything there is to offer and that you might need and should you fall on some of the hardest times in your life, she'll work with you tirelessly to make sure you don't lose your possessions. She's everything you want in a property manager... A great human.

I just love her personality. It’s almost like visiting a friend or family member whenever I have to go into the office. She was very patient and made sure I understood everything before I left. The best part of renting storage units here is having Regina walk you through the process. She explains what you need to do at the perfect pace so you understand your options and responsibilities.
As I loaded our unit, Regina was out and about making sure the facility was clean and maintained as well as keeping an eye on security (e.g., noticing when and knowing why an owner left a unit unlocked). She makes me confident our possessions are well cared for at Public Storage.
Slide lock mechanism is rusty. Someone worked to make it easier but it is still difficult to use.
Regina, took care of me with a smile. Explain the policy and advantages online vs in the office. And just friendly great person. Definitely go out my way to use this storage
