PUBLIC STORAGE may get very easy to work with them. The space is great it was clean. The property is clean and the people are very accommodating and we thank you very much.
Chassidy took the time to help login into and set up mobile app. Very attentive to my need. She went above and beyond. Thank you Chassidy
Good, clean, easily accessible space. Prices are reasonable and the self check in process was simple. Nothing fancy, and very few indoor units, but what I needed and got the job done.
Awesome customer service!!! Explained everything in great detail.
The move in process was incredibly easy. I was a state away when setting up the storage unit. The ease of setting up payment and the whole process being digital allowed for me to create my own schedule and move in at my own pace. Mashana was easy to work with and checked in to ensure the highest of quality.
EDIT* In the last 2 years my rent has doubled and onsite service is non-existent. Very disappointing.
If you need storage, this is the place and Ellen is the lady to help you. Customer service is awesome, Ellen will recognize your vehicle, know your name. I switched storage places on a recommendation and I highly recommend this place too! If only for Ellen, you cannot go wrong here!
A homeless person moved into my camper while stored at this facility. The homeless person was likely there for multiple days before the cleaning staff made us aware. Lots of damage was incurred as well as many things stolen. Public Storage management explained they have no responsibility for damages, and they offered only to cancel our last month of billing after we obviously chose to remove our vehicle from their insecure facility.
As someone who recently stored his vehicle/camper at this facility you need to be aware of many things I was not.
1. There are video cameras on the property, but they only point at the front gate.
2. There are not regular security patrols on the property by a security guard or security team.
3. This facility is what they call a "kiosk" location, which means there are no office staff on premises on a regular basis.
A little over a month before the homeless person kicked their way into my camper, made themselves at home, and stole everything of value, our license plates were stolen from the same vehicle on this same property. This means each incident involved a police report, time off from work, lots of money, and hassle on my part to resolve the situation(s).
I explained to Michelle, the district manager, that I would be leaving an honest review of my terrible experiance with Public Storage, and I asked if she would be at least willing to refund the last 2
months of our storage fees. If so, I explained, I would add to the review that they worked with me to make up for some of the losses we incurred. She refused. Further she said I was trying to ask for a bribe, which she called a crime.
To be clear, I asked for a refund for the two months in which my vehicle was repeatedly
robbed in their "secure" facility. I believe this is me asking for a refund on services they did not render, as they did not provide a secure facility. You are welcome to judge that situation however you like, but you should know if you store your belongings here you are risking having my same experiance. When your belongings are stolen from this insecure facility be aware they have no empathy and they will not reimburse you for any loss. Further, as the victim of a crime, or in my case crimes, perpetrated on their premises, if you dare to ask for a refund on your storage fees you may well be called a criminal yourself.
Moved in same day I paid that morning looks up in our climate controlled unit and there is black mold in the unit called to get it handled and they did they could have it "handled". we wanted upgrade they refused to match the price online and or wave the 29$ admin fee even tho I did all the work for the unit including driving to a different location to pay this morning. When we decided to cancel fully they refused to refund me my 29$ as well as everything else I paid this morning not even 5 hours after I paid it. I'm so frustrated with this location and company
Terrible customer service because they would not refund the 30 dollar move in fee. Units are terribly maintained, with most of them including ours having black mold in the climate controlled areas. 1/10 would not recommend.
Great communication with customers
Ellen and Michelle were very helpful. Very responsive. It's always been simple to work with them on two of my units.
One of the best storage unit I have rented and I highly recommend to download the Public Storage App for easy access when opening the gate
This location is a self serve, but I was able to arrange to meet up with Hanna who showed me the available unit and where to place my POD when I moved in. With her help I was able to make a decision to go with this location to store my belongings and am very happy with the service provided.
Karen was such an amazing help! Thank you for helping me out!
