Good for short term, but if you're like me and it's been a long-term solution don't expect reasonable pricing. My now $200/mo unit (May was 157, June will be 200) has jumped considerably over the past 5 years with corporate saying that the rate increases are automatic and nothing can be done. $200 for a 5x10 non-temperature-controlled unit is more than the smallest indoor climate-controlled unit, so ask about their long-term pricing policies if you're not sure how long you'll be there.

The storage facility is fine but they have increased my rent twice resulting in an overall 30% increase in a year. I'm looking for something else

I would heartily recommend Public Storage. There are many places you can choose to store your stuff, but only one place has Keith. Keith is the the Property Manager and today he was very helpful when I went there to discuss the storage units. He was friendly, courteous, and explained the process wonderfully. Later, after I left, I had another question and called. I was actually able to speak with Michelle, the District Manager. She was great to work with, very polite, courteous, and was able to help me get my paperwork straightened out. They even were able to set up automatic payments in just a flash. The storage facilities are well-maintained, secured, convenient. I expect you will have the same wonderful experience.

Ms Mesha was amazing. I had some concerns about my unit and she handled things quickly and professionally. Very polite.

My best friend had one an online auction for one of their units, and I being her proxy was there to claim the unit for her. As it turned out she had won the unit for me because I was in need of a washer and dryer. I am very thankful for all that she has done for me. Upon entering the facility the staff promptly got to the paperwork that was required to finish the sale of this auction unit. Once that was completed, she stated that she would meet me around at the unit whereupon she would remove the lock. There is evidence of rodents at this facility. So please follow instructions that the storage managers give when they say do not store anything edible in the units. It draws rodents and other unsaviories. The washer and dryer were her reason for winning this unit. Although my home is set for a natural gas dryer, the electric one and the washer work wonderfully. Other than some surface rust on the washer, both were exceptionally clean underneath and inside. There was a mattress and rat droppings could be seen on top of it and everything else that was in there. It should be noted that these people did not have any food stored in their unit, but since others in other units don't listen, rodents abound in all units.

Mesha is so HELPFUL! I broke my key off in my lock and didn’t have money for another, luckily she was actually able to get the key out and fix the lock I had. She took the time to actually help me fix it instead of pushing for me to buy a new one. She was very kind and helpful!

Like everything else, they keep raising rental rates. They have offers, but only if your a new customer. I've tried calling to ask about lowering the rates, but no rep has ever called me back.

They have a really bad rat infestation please don’t rent a space here. They also state that they are not liable for damages but charge you 20$ for insurance and a 15$ late fee.
