I have had my items in public storage , about 3 years now and throughout this time Ellen has always been so helpful. Not only is she helpful and great at communicating efficiently , you can tell she truly cares about the customers she interacts with! She will go above and beyond to help and give answers anytime I've had a question or need help , which recently has been more than a few times !
My move in process was a breeze thanks to Ellen. We were able to use the side gate to accommodate for a larger vehicle and she helped size out the perfect size unit. I will definitely be recommending this location to others for use.

Update, we have been fairly long term tennants now and would like to reiterate how seriously the site manager takes her responsibility of not only serving the customers but keeping the facility clean as a pin and well maintained.

Can't get better customer service any where else. Ellen was super helpful and answered the phone right away when I called. She also will call you back right away if the call is missed. She helped me with locating a unit for my needs and went out of her way to find another unit in the same complex when I found out I needed more room. Ellen was one of the most sweet, helpful, and informative employees of any business I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She helped my wife and I find the best deal we could for the space we needed, provided us with an appliance dolly when ours couldn't handle the load, and even brought us cold water twice because it was such a hot day when she came over to see if we were doing okay. Came to the Southern Blvd location and spoke with Ms. Ellen, she was very helpful in assisting my family with our storage concerns. She was very helpful in making us aware of the unit sizes and prices. It’s really good to have nice customer service especially with all that’s going on and she was definitely Stellar in communicating with us and we are very appreciative 🌞🌞
Very rarely is anyone on site or answers the phone though. When you do get someone, Ellen is very informative. The storage units are infested with rats. She reassures you when checking in to not leave any food, pet food, etc in the unit. We followed her advice and still have rat feces all throughout our boxes.
Don’t take the unit with “2 doors”! Because THEY do not have a big door for that unit you have to pay for 2 locks
