manager keeps the grounds clean and on point.
UPDATE
8 months after posting a positive review for Public Storage, I moved out of the unit because they increased the price of the unit a few times and had me nearly $100 more ($213) than my initial rate.
After reaching out to them about the increase in such a short period of time, they were unwilling to adjust the rate the I took my business elsewhere.
I appreciated the accessibility/presence of the grounds manager, but I was very displeased with phone reps.

I was not able to get in contact with the facility manager... EVER. When it was time to move out, I had to call for two hours and go through multiple departments before I could even get the right person. I will never use that place again.

Every year, they increase the rent. I've had the same space for over 9 years and it's gone up 300 a month over the course of that time. Complained to corporate once about it and was told that I could pick a smaller space if this was too expensive. Usually have to call the local property manager and they just delay the increase 6 months.

Place is great. Woman who helped me explained a lot and showed me the unit. Much more affordable than other locations and for the same size unit.
One downside is the rental insurance that is offered. $15 per month for $5k in coverage. We got more than triple the coverage for almost half the cost through a different provider. Shop around for insurance rates!
Area and unit itself is great. Easy to get to and the app to access the place is so easy to use and so much better than typing in a code.
Update 7/4/2023. Unfortunately, we need to vacate the unit we have. Received an email that rent is going up pretty high with very little to no justification that I can see. Found a bigger unit for cheaper that was not available a few months ago. So thanks Public Storage for the space, but now vacating.
Transferred to a larger unit today and it was a breeze. Excellent staff, amazing customer service!

Oh my goodness, I just needed to take a few minutes to express my gratitude for the amazing customer service that Kim has shown me over the past year and a half that I have been a customer at this location. She always goes out of her way to keep this place clean and tidy as much as possible and always stops by my unit just to say hello when she sees my car! That makes all the difference in the world to me! I have to say, by far this is the best Public Storage location that I have ever been a customer at and Lord knows.. I've been a customer at a few...throughout a FEW states. LOL! Anywho.. if you are looking for a storage in the area that is fair on their pricing and friendly to all, please store your belongings at this location. Have a blessed day!

Their insurance is a joke. Doing nothing for a claim but giving the run around. Had them hang up the phone on us while trying to check the status since we hadn't heard back from them since they had said they'd try to contact us within a few days. Been calling and leaving voice-mails for over a week. Still nothing.
