Very reasonable prices and very helpful staff. Loading dock can get crowded on a weekend, so it's better to go there during the week if you can. Their moving boxes are much higher quality than in department or big box stores.

The main shining light in this property when you CAN actually get it, is working with the site manager Ms. Danielle! Unfortunately she has to shuttle between two properties making it hard to resolve onsite issues when you need it!
The "Onsite Virtual Machine" is good for some things, but using that to market availability of onsite support is very misleading as you can talk to the virtual agents, but they may never get the personnel onsite to actually help you when you need it!
UPDATE as of 6/18/2024:
An amazing turn of events in the support level that I have received from both the boots-on-the-ground employees of the facility, as well as management just to ensure that some of my originally perceived deficiencies in the properties were nothing but missed directions that just needed to be better communicated!
There is NO doubt in my mind that the Gainesville VA area Facilities are fully dedicated to pure EXCELLENCE in customer accommodation! Highly recommended!👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

Con: Rent spikes. Was only there for 7 months, and rent increased by $100/month. Had to move to another storage facility. Paying over $200 for a 10x10 is pretty horrid when the going rate is a lot cheaper

I called her last minute recently, as I was in a pinch, and despite the fact that they were about to close, she stayed late to assist me, which was very much appreciated!! This place will bring you in with an offer that meets the market but then will raise your rent incredibly. In one year I am almost paying twice of my original rate. Don’t come here if you need to store anything long term.
I had a very thorough, outstanding experience here. Khareem facilitated my experience by having all the answers to my questions, and being knowledgeable about the different types of units available. Aside from the proficient experience with Khareem, the unit we rented was clean and readily available. We certainly had a positive experience here, made our move so much less stressful.
