Our items would not fit due to door height so we have to cancel. Unfortunately, they did not refund the admin fee of $30 because it was “nonrefundable”. Seems unreasonable when you can’t even use the unit at all… went back to iStorage.

Easy to rent on line
I meant to leave this review right after I left but it fell out of my head. I dealt with the very sweet Miss. Brandy on this day. She was actually working two locations while one was under renovation. I was impressed by all of the extra work she had to do going back and forth. She made it as painless as possible for me. When we went to the second location, she did drive around and patrol the location. I appreciated that little personal security touch. Lonnie.
