Miss Brenda was able to help me moved to another unit which I really appreciate, and also helping me get a refund from my first unit because I never moved in.

Keith carelessly misentered my money order amount, which I immediately caught. He assured me Michael (District Mngr. ) would contact me since he couldn't do a credit adjustment. I even contacted Brenda (Property Mngr.), but she was totally indifferent and offered no escalation assistance. I decided to move despite being a long-term customer (Storage Choice) to avoid the upcoming month's drastic $70.00-rate increase after Public Storage purchased the location. On my check out date I took pictures of my vacated unit (to document no trash was left behind) since Brandon said a walk-through wasn't necessary. Before leaving I finally spoke to Michael who politely assured me that I would receive a refund by mail for the payment error. It's been over 3 months and I still haven't received it. I tried calling/texting Michael but he hasn't responded.

Been a stressful last couple of days and today had to go in and handle some business with the storage. When I walked in Ms. Dawn was very nice in welcoming me and asking me how she could help me today. She was able to handle my inquires very efficiently and quickly! This made my day and made this part of life “life-in” a lot easier.

Slightly over a year ago I left a Public Storage facility because the rental rate became too burdensome. I relocated my "stuff" to Simply Storage on US 90A in Sugar Land, TX. Simply Storage had reasonable rates and I lowered my monthly expense by over $60.00 per month. Well in November Public Storage acquired Simply Storage and in December I received a notice that my monthly rental rate was increasing from $165.00 per month to $217.00 per month or an increase of 31%. I attempeted to appeal the rate increase and was told there was nothing corporate could do as to lowering the increase. Needless to say I have moved my "stuff" to AC Self Storage in Missouri City and reduced my rent by $30.00 per month. Public Storage is a REIT and all they care about is the bottom line. They have no concern for customer loyalty. I would caution anyone who decides to lease from Public Storage to shop around as Public Storage always has the highest rental rates and increases the rent every 6 months. I am a dissatisfied former never again customer.

Terrible!! The whole system, staff, it’s all a scam! They give you a free month and low rates only to increase before a year. The staff are useless and very unhelpful!! They don’t know anything and say anything to take the problem away from them! Corporate is just as useless!!! I been having this problem for 3 months now. Called several times and no one is able to help me or called me back!!!! I will never recommend anyone else there.

Not as great since new management. We were paying more for a storage that we have rented for years than what it cost to rent one now. So we rented a new one for 80 dollars less a month and moved all the contents to the new one . This is what rewarding loyal customers is. They also no longer have the truck renters could borrow, bathrooms are closed outside business hours. Boxes are twice as expensive as Uhaul.
I have chosen this storage after reading the reviews and I can agree with all the good words said. This facility is clean and well-taken care of. Mostly I am pleased with the staff. Ms. Brenda and Mr. Keith helped me with every step: paperwork, selecting unit, even load.

We have had our boat stored there for five years same parking place, get a phone call 6/28/2022 telling us fire Marshall said our place is fire zone and have to move it ASAP. They don't give us a first portion for a same size spot. Was a 5 star rating not any more. Bad management and bad business.

Continue to raise rate. My rate has gone up $50 this year... when I complained the employee didn't care at all. Hours are limited to access unit. Gate code continues to have problems and the second gate hasn't worked in months.
