Shioban provided stellar customer service. She went above and beyond for us to be sure that we had exactly what we needed. As it turns out, we needed to lease from another property and she was able to handle the transfer. And when we had an issue completing the reservation, she was able to take care of it. I came to this storage to give a service my client canceled me and left me inside I went to the office to help me out and what a surprise that the person who is customer service took me the most racist thing there is he didn't help me I had to talk to the police to be able to go out and to be a report this woman does not know how to tend or know how to help anyone as it is possible that they hire you in compete you this the bad persons I’m speaking

* Updated review. The place is still nice and clean, easy to access but the price has doubled in the past few months. They get you in at a low monthly rate and then slowly increase the rent $6-8 at a time until you wind up paying more than twice what they first quoted you. What a scam. I am moving my things to a new facility.
The worst experience ever I was there Sunday with my wife 15 minutes before closing time and the African-American lady has such a horrible attitude I will never come back to that place again it was convenient for my new house but I change my mind after her way of talking to us and her horrible attitude I went to some other storage a little bit further

Excellent customer service! I set up a storage unit and then realized I no longer needed it. The manager was very helpful in canceling the reservation and getting our money refunded. If we need storage in the future, we will definitely use Public Storage.

In this place they Stole my boat and they didn't care at all. They stole it on business hours, they said they had cameras in the back and front (they didn't) and they said they walk the property every day to make sure everything is good. The boat was stolen and they didn't realize until I went to check on it. Knowing that I would rather to park my boat in my home on the street and would be safer. I paid all that time for nothing plus I lost my boat. Never renting with them anymore
