I would suggest avoiding this location to the greatest extent possible. Our experience has been terrible— ranging from pest issues to inability to access our unit. There is a single elevator and it has been broken for over a month. I had left a review of this facility but took it down because the company advised the elevator would be fixed. Based on their word, I assumed the elevator had been fixed and sent movers over to remove our items. The elevator was still broken, and our movers had to carry boxes down the stairs and leave the larger items (table, recliner, bed, etc.), so we are unable to fully move into our new home until this is fixed and it’s unclear when it actually will be. Plus, we now have to pay again to send the movers back out. Worse, there were thousands of tiny blond-ish ants swarming the unit and all over our things (we do not store food or anything that would attract ants). They were crawling all over our very expensive mattress, which I now have to dispose of and purchase another one. Completely disgusting. Avoid this place at all costs!

BEWARE -Thieves stole all my valuables. They cut & replaced the locks on my unit and 7 units around me on May 25th 2024. Public Storage did not tell me.

She helped with finding a big enough unit to store all of my things in a timely manner. She has been kind and supportive throughout this process. I am happy with the customer service and support she has provided.

They took over this site from another storage company raised all the rents cut grace periods down to five days. They are only interested in money. Customers of the former company are given no respect or consideration. Changes were made without notice. Just a postcard announcement of increase rate.

Clean facility!
The facility is nice and clean and I like the managers. I have a parking spot here and it's what you would expect. I wish that the spots were labeled with properly but other than that, it's good. I have to leave off one star though because I feel like corporate stuck it to me a bit on pricing. At most places, I have ever rented from, they would go up a little bit in pricing annually. However here, at less than a year passed of using the facility, my price jumped up roughly 50%. So it went from about $95 a month for a spot to about $145 a month. I found out from looking at the charges in my account, and a post card. I would have appreciated a call to give me a heads up. I feel like corporate is taking advantage there, but I like the local people running it day to day. They keep the facility nice, and it's very convenient.
Randall the property manager is amazing. He was so helpful and worked with me for my unit. I truly appreciate it! Highly recommend coming here for your storage needs!!

To be totally honest, the storage facility is OK as is the local manager. However, the parent company/management is awful. When it was CubeSmart, they would write one year contracts and even discuss the rates with the customers. Once Simply Storage bought the location that all disappeared. You can bet on rent raises every 6 months like clockwork. And they don't care if you don't like it. They tell you "move". They raised me so much last year, I went to half the size storage. Now after 6 months in the smaller space, they are raising my rate 32%. That's right, 32%. They are ruthless. I am more than likely going to reconfigure some of my garage space for storage and tell them where they can put their rent increases.
This storage is very clean always never busy. App code to open gate is very convenient and easy to use. No issues so far moving in from Public storage where rates change constantly and conditions were horrible. Easy transition and friendly staff very informative. Lots are clean and tidy no dust or bugs or rodents!

I needed a storage unit for my son to store some furniture after a split with his wife. I called around to a few places but immediately picked this one after speaking to them over the phone. Great and friendly service and great rates for a storage unit. I highly recommend this business.

I needed temporary (6 weeks) storage and called around to a lot of places. Most of the places felt very corporate and were very pushy with sales. Randy was the opposite, he was warm, welcoming, and great about explaining how renting a storage unit worked. This feels much more like a family business and I appreciated that so much. Melissa also was wonderful to work with.
The storage units are great. Very clean and no issues with insects, mice, etc. The location was also great with easy access in and out.
