Update: editing to show only 1 star. Would be less is available. The parking lot is trashed. Inside hallways litteted with trash. It is obvious that management is no longer staffed in the office. Adding pictures from today's visit. We have been at this location since it opened. There have been several change of ownership. Each time the upkeep declines. Now managers are no longer on-site but if you want yo speak directly to a person must book appointment. Frustrating!

There is no one ever in the office. My Storage unit has been broken into the cameras is not pointing nowhere near the storage units is p Pointing up to the sky. Customer service sucks. We threw away some things in their dumpster and they put a fee on my account because we are not allowed to use the dumpster, but we did not know until after we threw it away. Do not put your belongings here because they are not protected let’s not mention my stuff molded in the storage unit. and it seem like the gates, always broken.

They just increase the rent ever few months $10-$20 bucks. I wouldn’t rent here unless you’re okay with paying 160% the price they advertise after several months. Edit: They seemed to have reduced my rates to the original prices after talking to them, so I’m going to change my review back to 4 stars.

The customer service is great, the property was clean as always & all questions and concerns that I had were addressed.

My husband and I were helped by Karen yesterday and despite her being stuck without air conditioning-even worse, no circulation- she was as kind as could be. She greeted us cheerfully and even apologized for the lack of air and hot temperature inside. It’s sad that it was more cool outside than inside the main room, by the way. They need to fix that ASAP with summer fast approaching. Anyway, she went above and beyond to answer my questions and address concerns. She was patient and kind and extremely helpful. She is the reason my business was earned. I was ready to just leave and try again when the air was fixed, but she was so friendly and helpful, it made this whole thing a pleasant experience. Thank you, Karen, for your OUTSTANDING service :)

Beware, constant price increases. They raise their rates every 6 months. I’ve only been renting for about a year and already paying $100 more than when I started renting.

I called and spoke to a young lady by the name of Deanee about a unit for when I make my move to the area and she was very helpful and kind. Great service!

The staff is never in the office , gate breaks often , & staff refused to replace a burnt out light bulb in our unit. Rental rate has also doubled.

I am currently looking for a new storage to move all my stuff to. I called in to get information and the lady I talked to, Deanee, was extremely helpful and super kind! She gave me a lot of useful tips and was thorough with the details of the storage spaces. Definitely think I'll be moving to this location.

This 5 star rating is due to the hard work of DEANEE!!! She is EXACTLY what this location needed! When I came here in December to rent a unit, the woman who was on-site was not friendly and barely helpful. It was impossible to find a cart, even though I was the ONLY renter on-site at that point. When I arrived today, there was actually a cart in the cart storage zone on the first floor. The elevator was not only visibly clean, but it had a fresh aroma... something I have not experienced here before. The elevator was fully operational (has not been on previous visits), and when I ran into Deanee outside of the elevator, she was so friendly and personable. PLEEEEEASE keep Deanee at this location. She is WONDERFUL!!!

Never again! Bad onsite management. Hidden fees. They don't prorate. So they charge the entire month even if you move out early. I would go to a small storage facility in the future. Stay away from PS.

Cube Smart was great. Public Storage stinks. Rate increased several times and customer service is horrible. Exit gate rarely works. When I brought it to their attention it was obvious they don't care.

Makala (sp?) was very friendly and helped me pick out what unit we needed. This is my second unit to rent from these folks and I highly recommend. Thanks Makala!!!!!!

HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT! I can’t tell you if the staff is nice, or mean, because I have never met them. Nobody has! The office is always closed. Nobody is ever here to help with anything. This is an unmanned site. Right now it is 1:38pm on a Saturday afternoon, when most people move, tons of customers/cars are here and the office is empty with the lights off. There are supplies for sale in the office, bubble wrap, boxes, tape etc. but all we can do is look at them. I have been here 4 times in the past month, Morning and midday and each time the office has been closed with the lights off. There’s is no security, no one on sight, I’d be surprised if there aren’t a lot of thefts and breakins because this is truly a thief’s dream. He or she could easily hit the lottery in this place with a good lock cutter because lord knows there’s nobody on staff who would be here to stop them. I miss when it was Cube Smart. Since the Public Storage takeover customer service has plummeted, it simply no longer exists. You are provided with a phone number on the door that nobody answers and ultimately leads to an unanswered voicemail. There a group of angry customers here with me now. Definitely moving my stuff out of here ASAP.

This place has really taken a dumpster dive when it comes to customer service. No one is ever on site! I would not trust storing your belongings here because if there is ever an issue and you need any help within business hours there won't be anybody here to help you. They will call you excessively when it's time to pay your bill but if you try to call the office for anything it will go straight to voicemail. They have a entire office space but no one working at any time during the business hours they provide. If there is any on-site emergency there will be no one there to help you in the middle of the day.

Rude staff, poor company policies, overly expensive and very poor, if any, onsite amenities. You can’t even throw trash away. Look next door to that storage facility, several accessible trash dumpsters and they have much better prices. They Will not allow you access to facility before or after certain times even if you have a large, 1st floor exterior garage unit. Extremely inconvenient especially when you use the storage for part of work. Staff Threatens to evict you when you try to access unit, via gate code, after those hours that are NOT posted at the keypad. Will be cancelling my lease and going anywhere else.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I understand that if I leave a lock or items behind they will charge you and that is not the problem because if I owe it, I owe it. I had no problem paying but I wanted to see if the late fee could be removed but before I could ask the young, black highly unprofessional, rude and disrespectful employee gets an attitude with me. I had to inform her that customer service is a skill. She literally talked over me trying to make her point, then called another representative instead of talking to me (as I was standing there) to talk about my account. I didnt even get a chance to ask because she quickly got on the phone and as I am literally standing in front of her started having a whole conversation as if I was not there. After telling her about her lack of customer service skills and respect, I pay my bill and get my lock and the 3 things I left in the storage room (which I completely forgot about until she called. Also another experience with her that was very unprofessional..she is just a rude individual). I would NEVER recommended this place. 1. The rates raise significantly after your first month 2. The employees are super untrained and unprofessional and 3. The doors/gates fail to work properly. I would NEVER ever do business with Public Storage ever again due to how I was treated with this one (and only) experience. There is too much competition to deal with the stuff you have to deal with at this location and with this company.

I've had a storage unit here for 7 months and they have already increased my rent by 25%. Looking online, Public Storage raises rent by this amount every year. Unless you want to be paying significantly more in the next couple years, I highly suggest using a local storage facility (not a nation wide storage company).

This place was great when it was CubeSmart. Now that it’s public storage, the facilities are breaking down and no one is fixing them. The last couple times I’ve been to my unit, the door doesn’t open when you put in your code. We had to pry them open. You can never find someone to help you. I got a letter in my mail yesterday telling me that my rate is going from $109 to $155. This place isn’t worth that. We’re planning to move facilities now due to all these problems and changes.

My unit is on the 2nd floor. Doors won't open when I punch in my code but my name appears nothing happens. So I end up walking all the way to the front to get in this is not the 1st time . Doors,elevator and gates always have problems and this is mid day when there open. You can't even find staff to help you. I pay so much but don't get the service I pay for.
