I ended up renting a storage space at this location and when I arrived to finish up the process I was greeted by Catherine, she is an absolute sweetheart and gem of a woman. God bless her. She is very informative and very kind, sweet and with the little time we spoke helped reassure me with an issue I’ve been dealing with lately. Her words of encouragement and wisdom were exactly what I needed! Thank you Catherine and thank you Public Storage for hiring amazing, compassionate individuals like Catherine!!!

This location is new so I completely understand that some kinks need to be worked out before they are running efficiently and as they should. My experience so far. - Interior is very clean and the unit I got is perfect. I was able to get in on a special so the price was really affordable comparing to other PS locations. - Catherine is Awesome. Considering she has minimal staff and able to get to individuals as quickly as possible. She's been very helpful - I haven't been able to get the app access to work and other storage renters are on the same page. Of course the ones I've spoken to so far. - I understand rules are rules and they are courtesy informing us by texting or emailing or calling when we are 1 min past 9pm. However they didn't get ahold a single person nor did anyone get ahold of me after I've planned for a week that this location (climate controlled) has been out of power for a few days. It was when I waited in the front parking lot an employee told me she'll reach out to everyone when powers back on. I don't know how they are set up however she doesnt even have access to the building when the power is out. - renters leave their trash sometimes or break their own things during loading and offloading at the unit entrance and some times you'll see broken glass, nails, and screws in the parking lot for a couple days. Summarizing Overall inside building is clean, hard to get ahold of anyone at location office the first call however they will call you back if you leave a message. Renter notification of security issues or location issues needs improvement. Wireless access is non existent so far for me. Can work on exterior housekeeping. It's new location so that's a plus. Large property also a plus. Clean units. Good prices UPDATE: Going on 3 days now with our climate controlled units with no power. Noones been able able to go into their units. Not a single notification was sent out to let renters know the situation and when it'll be resolved. Will miss my move out inspection at my rental home because i didn't have access to my unit to finish my move out. Ruined my schedule. More than likely accumulating mold with the weather the way it is unless the hvac is on a independent power source. Definitely needs improvement on how to communicate or notify known issues Update #2: We have power.

We recently rented a unit 2 weeks ago, over the weekend we were unable to access our storage the gates were not powered, called the phone number to report the issue and was told to wait for a property manger to call me back and hopefully resolve or give me steps to follow to access my unit, waited for 2 hours nobody called me back, I decided to leave and return the next day. Upon my return the following day, the gate was wide open however the facility still had no power so customers were unable to access their units. Door keypads were off, called again left numerous voice-mail and never received a call back. Very disappointed, I do not recommend this place I understand things happen however for nobody to return a phonecall and let you know what is happening is a BIG concern, I needed to access my unit to retrieve items for a birthday party.

Finally got a hold of someone to ask why the facility is closed and they told me that they lost energy and working with CPS. They been down for 3 days no sign of any CPS trucks and no business around them without power.

Exceptional customer service! Catherine was very helpful and informative. She made the process simple and kindly answered all my questions with honesty. Overall pleased with the rental experience and feel secure about choosing this location. The facility is new so it’s still very clean, but the professionalism of the staff gives me faith it will remain in this condition.

The past two weeks I’ve been in contact with Miss Catherine at the Talley location. She’s has been checking to make sure I was still interested and when I needed a bit more time she was very helpful. Yesterday I finally went in to switch my storage from the Potranco location to the Talley location. Miss Catherine was warm, inviting, friendly, efficient, and fast. Her customer service skills made this interaction extremely personable like a mom and pop shop yet very professional. She called me by name and made me feel like I was at home. I was paying $131 per month for a 5x5 and now I will be paying $22 per month and I live in walking distance from this storage. I’m so happy with this choice and even happier that I met someone like Miss Catherine.
