Does anyone work at this location????
I set up my unit online. When I called multiple times for move in instructions (at least 5) no one answered. My husband went in person multiple times during business hours and no one was there. The gate code didn’t work on my move in date and when my husband finally got in this evening the elevator stopped working and my personal belongings are now just sitting out and he has to come back at 6 am. Highly disappointed. Last year I had a different storage unit nearby (Extra Space Storage) with zero issues and good customer service.

so far not good, I reserved a unit on 12/09, but it wasn’t letting me process the payment so I called them around 4:45pm to try and make a payment, I get transferred and no one answers the call, and since I was in my car trying to get this taken care of I thought i should wait until get home.
i get home around 7:45pm but it only lets me select 12/10 as the move in date and i know that they close at 9pm and i live right down the street so i thought maybe i could call and see if they can switch the move in date to today, 12/09, so that i can drop off a couple boxes; my mother died and i just wanted to get some stuff out of the house. at 7:52pm, someone name Sage on the customer service side was able to switch it and told me i can use my gate code.
i get there at 8:09pm, the office is locked and the elevators were not working, i couldn’t get ahold of anyone on the customer service side or the property location.
i will update tomorrow.

I spoke to Keith last week, he reached out and apologized for the miss communication with the operating hours that are shown online compared to the ones that are meant for the store front. Monday-Friday someone should be on site from 9:30am-6pm and on Saturday and Sunday from 9:30pm-5pm.
Keith offered me a complimentary month for the mishap with the elevators.
The number that they have on the front door is for customer care and that number should be 24/7 if there is ever any issues on site when trying to access your unit.
I only have one issue with the Bluetooth connection with the elevators that requires your phone to be in the elevator with you to be able to go up to your storage unit, which is inconvenient and slow, but that is not something the staff themselves can control, that is on Public Storage as a company; I know that it probably makes everyone's stuff more secure, it's just a hassle. This is my first time using a storage unit before, as I stated before, my mother passed away and there is a bunch of stuff of hers that I am just not ready to get rid of.
Keith pushed some buttons on the backend to help ensure that my elevator code was working and thankfully it was. When I was near elevator 1 and 3, the elevator button was not enabling on my phone for me to press it so that I could go up to the second floor, after speaking with Keith the issue was resolved.
Thank you guys for reaching out and resolving the issue, this whole situation has me a little emotional, so I do appreciate the empathy and patience Keith extended me.

I had a great experience visiting this storage space and specifically Kenny did a wonderful job, he dealt me with so much patience and answered all my questions. Also walked me to units to take a look beforehand. These storage units are brand new and highly recommended!!
Very much pleased with this facility. It is secure and very clean. The staff is always kind and helpful. Today, Kim, Jenny, and Kyle were in office as I visited. Very professional and prompt service. I will be back in the future.

Public Storage had the best cost around. But it was their customer service from Pedro today that made a huge difference. We had movers on the clock moving furniture into the storage unit upstairs. When we had a problem getting a piece of furniture to fit in the freight elevator, Pedro stepped in and helped us secure a ground floor unit right away. Thank you.

Very very rude . I called in because my sister was stuck in the property elevator and having a panic attack (she has bad anxiety)with a phone that was almost dead. I called on be half of her since she was hard to understand and her phone dying.
The lady I spoke to refused to even let me explain the situation with out saying “you don’t have an account” over and over again. it has nothing to do with a damn account and everything to do with an emergency situation. No empathy, no advice , not even a good attitude.

Excellent Customer service and employee here that genuinely care. This was the best experience I've had moving storage from CubeSmart which was the absolute worst. This location has a restroom, strong AC, well lit and pleasant music playing! I even saw employees frequently cleaning and even cleaning the unoccupied units. The entry process is easy no gates and the prices are such a great deal and savings. I could buy 4 units at public storage for the price of 1 at Cubesmart. This location has the best and most convenient parking and plenty of entryways! I will be referring everyone to Public Storage from now on!
