Had a very good experience. Everything was explained so well by Ava. She gave me a rundown of the leasing process and the prices and explained which space would be the best for my things. Absolutely so helpful and respectful. Very patient when it comes to any questions or concerns!!! Definitely recommend! :)

Used to be cube smart ; Super easy. Place is freaking huge. Cheaper than anywhere else. They have a lock with your rental they charge u for but it's yours to keep Easy online everything. They have carts u can use too which is amazing. Cooled and dry units. I

EDIT: Only issue is when I had to vacate and I had a few things I had no way of moving them and I asked what I could do. I'm disabled and my vehicle broke no way to move items left only 3 items. They gave me a super hard time and was aggressive about it and said they are going to charge me if I leave them there for every month they are there. I said ok they are abandoned , heres your lock and the unit Is open there is a sign on them that says free take me. So do what u want. So done

after posting some of my concerns i had about this property, the district manager Jesse reached out to me almost immediately to listen to the issues i was having and provided some great solutions. the customer service to provide solutions to issues is greatly appreciated.

Deleted my previous review for cubesmart. This is now public storage. Not good news. Found a roach in my stuff. Been here for over a year and this is the first I’ve seen anything. No longer feels temperature controlled. The smell of death in the back area has me concerned. I think I will call the police to investigate and hopefully it’s not a body. It’s been smelling for over a month and that’s not natural. Getting my belongings out now before this get worse.
Edit: forgot to add that on of the gates has been broken for over a month. Had to reverse an 18 ft trailer out the way I came in. Not saying I had a difficult time doing that. What I am saying is I shouldn’t have to. Fix the gate.

I dislike the way Public storage wants payment on the first when it is not always possible. There is never no one in office and with all the extra fees for not having payment on the first.

Dondrick was super helpful and very attentive with our first time renting a storage space. He was very friendly & 10/10 recommend renting a storage space here. He made us feel very comfortable & welcomed.
Don't ever rent at Cubesmart they are so eager to put your things in auction after a month late. Literally 30 days and unwilling to work with you. Never again public storage doesn't do this nor does extra storage space. They have people sleeping in the units as well
They are amazing..
After 2 weeks of deciding which storage locker facility was going to be the most economical. Going with CubeSmart as my storage locker was the best decision I made, Not only was the reservation process easy so was the actual rental. The kind gentleman named Dondrick went above and beyond to make sure all of my questions and concerns were answered and addressed. Even going so far as allowing me to preview the unit before any paperwork was taken care of. 5 star rating for the property which was climate controlled at 72 degrees in the middle of the 100+ degree summer and 10 stars for the customer service representative in the office. They have my business forsure

I had to find a storage unit ASAP. CubeSmart had awesome prices and reserving online was so easy. When we got on-site, Dondrick was the one who helped us. It was his first week and his first day by himself. We would have never thought! He was kind, professional, friendly and extremely helpful!

The manager Betty K was very helpful kind and professional and explained everything in the contract and pricing and offered if you needed moving or packing supplies but we gladly with client this time. CubeSmart needs to hire more people like her . She kept us laughing but at the same time very professional.

There is no rhyme or reason to the unit numbering. It was exhausting, after I had found my unit and set up shelving, trying to find it again!
After a very rough two years that ended in me moving from Iowa to Texas I am very thankful I decided to store our family’s things at this location. The general manager was very helpful and friendly. I was able to complete the e-check-in on my phone before arriving and set up auto pay to free up my mind for what really mattered. The facility has two elevators and always carts available to facilitate loading and unloading. Thank you for a great 7 months!

Betty was great! Very knowledgeable and courteous as can be. She was very helpful and answered every question I had. Even showed me how to properly work the lock. And everytime I went to unload there was a cart readily available.

Had my storage here for over a year and half. Autopay was easy. Mark was very professional and helpful. Only bad this is elevators are always down or the gate. And those are things the office can not control. Good customer service overall.
