I've never had a storage so thought of setting everything up overwhelmed me. Location is everything! I mean you want it to be convenient but you really want to know your stuff is SAFE! I reserved a unit online which was super simple! I opted to wait until arriving the day of my move in to do everything (unit, payment, gate code, etc.) at the counter so I could depend on an expert lol. Bill to the rescue! He was extremely helpful! He totally upsold me too and I'm so glad! I ended up upgrading to a climate controlled unit! Would definitely recommend this location! Ask for Bill!

I ended up having to switch public storage locations however Deanna the manager at the one on I-35 was extremely efficient and very helpful and when I got to the new location in Leon Valley Dana that worked there was also very nice very efficient. I am definitely impressed with the efficiency and courtesy these ladies showed me.

Bill is great.. But i think for $177/mo. We could at-lease have access to a Dumpster so we could clean out our storage?? Yes i know dumpsters cost money,, you have 300 units, and you kist raised rent $40/mo.

I was very happy with the facility and the unit I selected it was a very nice bonus to have shade provided by public storage building design layout it made it much cooler to park and unload though it was still 97° but was possible because of that thoughtful idea thank you
