I received a paper notice in the mail of a 21% increase to my rental rate. After my review, below, they reached out to me and extended by current rate for 3 more months, which I appreciate, but I do feel like rates will continue to rise, based on our conversation.
This Public storage is OK. Like most, the driveway is designed to repel water so it's got a lot of wavy areas. The threshold into the units keeps water out but the lack of any ramps means you'll struggle to load in anything that rolls. Prices are not reasonable anywhere these days but PS is a few bucks lower on average. This site is frequently unattended but that's just how they run their program. Call the numbers if you need someone and they will meet you on-site.
If only they could air condition the outdoors! Moved away 6 mo ago and came back to visit my stuff. All is well!

Previously, I had a storage unit at this facility. So, the time came that I needed one again. I made an online reservation and went to the facility because I wasn’t sure about a 5x10 vs 10x5. I was greeted by Louis. He was very polite and courteous. He went the extra mile and showed me both units to ensure that my needs would be met. He provided additional information based on his experience to make the best choice. The entire process was smooth and effortlessly because of the superb customer service Louis provided. Definitely recommend!!

Louis was phenomenal. My dad and I drove down all the way from TN. When we showed up the unit we had reserved online wasn’t going to work. Louis made sure we had the perfect unit and even came out and measured and helped us find one that was perfect. I just rented a unit and because I didn’t have locks they went and I installed theirs and try to force me to buy them from them. I asked the manager to remove them and he said I had to have locks for him to do it.
