I recently moved out of my storage unit. Angelina was extremely helpful and active in assisting me accomplish this move. I am working traveling (currently in Chicago). Angelina, was exceptional and went "above & beyond" to assist me with locating and purchasing multiple file boxes! She located rhe number of boxes needed, drove to 2 additional locations to secure them, covered them with plastic bags to prevent rain damage during transport and brought them to this location for me. In addition, she was able to save me $20 off the total cost due to the number of boxes I purchased. All of this with an unfailing smile and pleasant demeanor. Public Storage should: a) give her a raise (b) promote her to a training position for their Customer Service personnel. This was the 7th Public Storage I visited trying to locate this volume of these boxes. Seven other employees had a chance to help a customer the way she assisted me. Only Anjolina was able to help me solve my dilemma!!! KUDOS!!!

Public Storage in Rosenberg tx is definitely a five-star review! Very clean and if you get climate control the a/c is blowing good in this summer heat.

Went in today, the "security " gate is broken. The AC seems to not be working, it was hot in the building and there was water all down the hall from the ac pipes. Thankfully it wasn't in ours.
They are continually raising prices and seems the facility is declining.

This location's manager, Amber, is AMAZING!!! I was at the Richmond Simply Self Storage at 4 PM and needed to buy a lock but no one was in the office (says it closes at 6PM). I tried to call the phone number and corporate but no one answered. Amber came from the Rosenberg location to the Richmond location to open the store so we could buy a lock. Amber was so friendly and sweet. Great customer service!
