They sold me the wrong unit over the phone and would not reimburse me. On-site representative was rude. There are better storage facilities out there.

Mary and Nikko are amazing. They are both welcoming and professional and friendly.
I visited several storage places, as we were preparing for a move and needed a small storage to declutter our home for our sale-listing.
Several of the places did not have staff on the premises. At all. No employee there to help. You had to go online only and ask/reserve etc. the customer service was nonexistent. In fact, one place on FM 1463, near HEB, scheduled an appointment with me to show me around and then I got there and no employee. I called the 1-800 number and no one ever came.
But at PS, ,Mary and nikko showed me different unit options. I signed up and rented for a few months. They made it smooth and easy. The space was clean when I moved “in”.
Today, I moved out bc the space is no longer needed (sold our home!) and check out was super easy.
Thank you again to Mary and Nikko. They make this storage facility better than all the others.
