I love this place! Clean and run well. Really great customer service. Carolyn helped us today and she was friendly, helpful, understood what we needed and went above and beyond. I'm an employer with front desk staff, and Carolyn really impressed me. Keep up the great work!
1) this location will get you in with a nice price but then within 6 months will jack the price to an insane level.
Started me off with $150 per month for a standard unit.. then upped it to $270 with no notice, no email, no contact. Just starting charging me.
Office is impossible to get a hold of, nobody answers the phones.
There's very few carts and when removing my stuff had to spend 30 minutes searching for what appeared to be the only cart in the entire facility.
Would not recommend at all.
After all the ups and downs of getting situated with this awesome storage Erin helped me and reassured me with all of my questions and issues and I'm forever grateful. See you guys tomorrow 💜

When it was time to get my things I realized I didn’t have the key to my lock and Mrs. Carolyn the manager was a super big help, she went above and beyond to help me. Also, kept me updated! I was appreciative of her because it’s hard to find people who actually like their jobs and want to help. She’s definitely an asset to the company! Thank you public storage!
Unfortunately, I took away 2 stars because whenever we go there, no workers are there. Also, sometimes there are not enough carts or can't find them; the gate isn't working or the elevator. But 3 stars are because at least when they are there so far the customer is good and they are friendly.

Be careful we rented here and our unit was broken into. Sadly, management was no help. The manager Caroline, even had the nerve to ask my ex-husband if I broke into the storage and stole our belongs. How ridiculous! Its a nice area so you think your items will be secure.

Nov 2023... So disappointed in the Public Storage on FM 1093 and 99. I'm ready to move to a new storage facility. Why? The ever increasing prices. There are never any trolleys available. But today was the final straw. The price we pay for this place and they can't seem to replace an obviously BROKEN trolley. 🙄 I'm done!
I had a storage unit here for a couple of years. The staff at the Administrative office were always nice and helpful.
The facility itself is kind of old, has poor lighting and smells humid. When an entrance door breaks down Corporate takes forever to fix it. They jack-up the rental price to quite unreasonable percentage levels. I am glad I moved somewhere else.
Ms. Carolyn was so friendly and very helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure I had a space that was just right for my needs.

Ms. Carolyn is truly the main reason I love this storage place. Genuinely a sweet lady, and very attentive property manager. When I had misplaced my keys and needed to get the lock removed and replaced, she helped me go through that entire process and was very prompt when we all scheduled a time to meet up the next day to get it all done! The storage building is well maintained and very secure, I'm just glad to work with real kind people! Makes me feel both safe, and seen!

I love the location. Isn't far . This must be one of the newer facilities because it was so clean and open. I used a Cube Smart at the Sugarland location some years back on hwy 6 next to McDonald's. I cringed at putting my furniture in. I had to sweep and place several layers of plastic bags down just so I wouldn't feel like my things were touching the ground because I wouldn't have been able to rest.
Update: Came back here to rent again. I came after hours not intended to need anything from the office, but due to user error I couldn't get my unit open. Taylor was the best ! She not only stayed after hours to show me how to get in my unit but logged back in and processed my refund because I had my own lock. She went above and beyond! Dealing with the public isn't easy but Taylor remained helpful.
