This location has had power since Friday and still hasn’t been opened up. I’ve called the numbers that were left on the door Saturday/Sunday and was answered by the district manager Mr. Greene and was told that nothing was going to be done until Monday because he, “Doesn’t work on the weekends.”
I’ve also tried to reached out to the Regional Vp, but only got his voicemail and no call back.
My understanding is that there is no plan to notify customers when the location is opened and no plan to reimburse anyone either.
The pictures of the exposed wiring were from June 20th with power running through them. I asked when this was going to be fixed and Greene tried to say it was caused by Beryl which was a bald faced lie. Usually fluorescent light fixtures are run by 120-277 volts and there is power. Why leave this safety hazard around this long?
They’ve also changed this location to an automated kiosk, so good luck trying to get a person to help you with anything via phone or email.
The AC also hasn’t been working for quite some time, just look at other google reviews. So I would hesitate on storing anything here that could develop mildew or mold.

These problems still have not been addressed and Public Storage is not returning calls. They've also changed the site to an unmanned kiosk station now, so good luck getting help.
They've actually got more electrical problems since, now the ac unit 220v disconnect is bent open.
Trying to set up a new account at this location. I needed to be sure that this location could accept deliveries on my behalf. I had spoken with the property manager who informed me that someone would be at the office at the agreed-upon time I waited for 10 minutes with no one showing up and tried to call the property manager back to no answer.
When calling public storage itself they said they do not do same-day appointments if this was the case I don't know why the property manager agreed to meet me same day. I will find another property to rent from.
This unit was fine 4 (almost 5) years ago when we rented a space. Since that time we've watched the property go down hill with the carts always being broken and always having 1 elevator not working. The climate control is also failing as it is always muggy and hot now.
Now my rent as gone up again this year making an almost $200 increase in one year for the same space, meanwhile new customers are getting units for 1/2 my current rental price. When calling to discuss this the response is basically "we can do whatever we want and you have to take it"
Started out fine, but then our rent kept going up every few months. Even though new customers could rent for half the price. They stated I would have to cancel our unit and have my husband sign up for a unit, to secure that cheaper price. What a hassle for your loyal customers.
It’s air controlled… well supposed to be. The last few times we have gone it seemed like there was no air conditioning on. It was very hot.
Every time we went, there was never any available carts. Or the carts would be broken.
We moved out on 6/30 and went elsewhere. My account still states we owe a July balance. I have called 2 times and left 2 VM for our property manager. Never heard anything back in 48 hours.
Update: Today, 2 weeks since I posted this review… I received a call from their district manager. Nice guy, told me he look at my account and fixed the balance issue. Then asked me to change my Google review and if would give them 5 stars. I stated that would update the review to reflect that I was reached out to and that my account balance was handled. But that I stand by everything else I stated in this review. Buddy, if I was going to give you a 5 star review, I would still be a customer.
Had a hard time getting things in order,and finally got ahold of a lady by the name of Carolyn and she’s was on the money with things.didnt allow me in my storage without my I’d but it shows she’s professional and protective of our things but she really got things done for me today,and I just wanted to thank her again for her time and patience.i give her services a 5 star
When attempting to access our storage unit, we were not able to gain access due to the system being down. We had a moving truck scheduled to move our things and their system is down. When we got a hold of them (which took hours), the mangers response was, "I don't answer calls on the weekends, you'll have to wait until we get around to it. They had the option to send someone over there to cut a lock and allow access and denied that option. The verbal equivalent of an indifferent shrug. Use ANYONE but Public Storage for your storage needs.
Special shout out to Ms Angelina Gerard! From initial contact to leasing the unit to after-sales service, she truly is a shining beacon of stellar customer service. It appears that she manages both this and another facility yet she always responds to any inquiry big or small. She’s a true asset to Public Storage company. -alex2104
Everything started great, and then it went downhill! They kept raising the monthly cost, the main entrance doors never worked right, the app maybe worked once or twice, the facility was filthy, and the climate control was mainly hot. Plus, you could never get help, and now they went to an ATM style service on-site. I moved my unit to Life Storage, and it is great! Life Storage facility is very well kept, on-site help, and you get more for your money - you can lock in your pricing.
When I Tell you Public Storage has the very BEST!!! Angelina Gerard is A Treasure to be keep! she was a Angel sent from God! I had an unfortunate house situation that accrued! and God place her at the right place at the right time! In Life you never know what a person is going through! but our Job is to help others! navigate! through life changes!.. she made my experience painless and help me to navigate through my storage experiences! she the kind of employee that you want to keep!!! to represent your company! I was able to get a great deal on a unit here, and used the 3 day weekend to get some of our holiday decor out of the garage. Renting was so easy. I just did everything online, and Public Storage sent me my unit number, and gate code, and when I got there, everything went so smoothly! There are maps posted, so I didn’t have any trouble finding my unit, and everything is so clean! I highly recommend renting here for an easy, no hassle process!

My entire experience this past weekend at Public Storage was uber amazing! My sister and I were greeted by Mary as soon as we walked in. She was welcoming, polite, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Mary explained everything so clear and simple! Everything was clean, neat, and organized. Mary was very sweet and helpful I would recommend coming and renting from this location. Thank you Mary for making a stressful time so much easier!
Ok folks, here's the "deal." Public Storage was great when we initially signed up. We got the one car garage size box for $115 per month about 4 years ago. Since we signed on, PS has raised the rent every year. Today, we pay $322 per month. It's time to look for a less " proud of our space" storage facility. BTW, I hate having to move all our stuff.😐☹️🫤

I have been renting at this location for several years now. This month my rent is going up $40, which is absolutely ridiculous in its own right. To top this, though, this facility has consistent issues of having enough available, working, carts and no way to manage who gets them so I have witnessed on numerous occasions 1 family come in and take all available. As well, one of the elevators has been broken for the greater part of a year, leaving everyone to use only 1 elevator to get up and down.
You want to increase my rent so much? Try to make sure the facility is in fully functioning condition and we can get access to the necessary items to help assist with moving things around.

This review is about Mary Vela. I have been renting space with this particular location for 3+ years now. While every employee I have encountered before has been nice..none have gone above and beyond the call of duty quite like Mary V. has. In a very short amount of time, she has looked out for my best interest without knowing me personally. I cannot go a single visit without seeing her sweeping or cleaning somewhere. Keeping this facility clean is difficult but it is very much appreciated seeing her efforts. Anyone can be a good employee..but what makes a GREAT employee is having integrity and that is Mary. That is why whenever I finish my business at this location...Mary Vela will be the only one who will stick in my memory.

The space looked wonderful for what i needed and the front desk lady was very helpful and quick with responses for all the questions i had. Although I didn’t end up renting after all, this location is definitely one to keep in mind.
