I did not have a good experience with this company. This property must have a rat infestation! On the move out day (05/31/2024) There was rat poison on the floor of the unit & there were rat droppings all over!!! Very disgusting! I will never store my belongings with them again! The kicker was when they announced that they were increasing the monthly payments by $80 with only a 48 hour notice, which left us scrambling to find another place to store our belongings, get a uhaul, and hire help to move everything!

Very easy process and facility is a lot better to access than others. Spoke to manager Ms. Esther and she was sooo helpful and sweet. If for any reason she is not in office I would leave a voicemail and she would always call back within an hour or two. If I ever need storage again I will definitely use this facility and Ms. Esther.
