Let me first say there was NO FOOD in my unit. I tried to get in touch with the property manager for almost a month NO ANSWER. Even corporate couldn’t contact them. The day I was moving out who shows up the manager. She said since it’s a kiosk unit she doesn’t always get the calls. Granted that may be true but what about the voicemails? As we further indulged in a conversation she said something that made me realize she was not being honest and she had at least spoke to corporate about my situation not me when she said “yea I told them that’s something a lot of people deal with here and it’s really not my fault”. 🤔 interesting she spoke to her DM the DM came didn’t even look my way. Disgusting. The last picture I’m posting of the unit at the bk there are lips that drop off and evidently goes into a field or something because when night fell we could see light drastically shining through the entire back side. I understand you “should know” the rules and regulations when storing furniture in a facility as such but the way this entire thing was handled by management disgusted me. I lost OVER $8000 worth of items because it was either chewed through, urinated or pooped on. I have insurance but they’re only trying to honor $250 of a $5000 policy I was paying on even after several photos, and inventory sheets were sent in. It’s ok though I’ve learned my lesson will NEVER go back to them but I want the next customer to know even if there is no food in your unit BEWARE OF RODENT INFESTATION HERE. Because like she said every deals with it there. 🙄

Unfortunately this company as a whole is not one I can recommend. They have policies in place to take advantage of there tenants and constantly increase rates after getting them in.
On top of that there is a constant rat issue and several of our items were covered in rat feces.
Place deserves zero stars. Rat infested property. They destroyed, chewed up, and crapped/pissed on everything. All my furniture destroyed. Personal items that cannot be replaced ruined. Insurance will only cover up to 250 dollars with 100 deductible for vermin damage that they make you get??? Whole thing is a scam. Do not rent here. Management would never respond to me until I moved out. Pictures posted, I would rent somewhere else. See others reviews, appears to be systemic.
This is a horrible storage unit, they have let rats and i’m sure other animals urinate all over my things in my storage unit which is disgusting and upped my rent for the smallest space to $120. this is unacceptable and if im not compensated i will be suing them for lack of care for my things. i shouldn’t have to throw half of my belongings away because they are so nasty. how are rats even getting into my space? i am highly irritated
Kim is the best! She is an asset to any company. So helpful when nobody else knew what to do. She’s such a sweet, hard-worker. You guys are lucky to have her.

bad place to rent they don't have control for the rats I was thinking about moving from there for that reason because some of the other things I have stored there have marks of scratches and bites from rats and today I had a problem with a person from there I don't know if it is employee or manañer told me that she saw me like 3 times here and it's not that I'm doing a lot of things I just go and check things about my trucks and change something quickly I'm going from there but I think the lady who told me that doesn't like it

It was definitely different doing it over a video call. But it was fast, easy and she was very professional.
They added a door lock without telling us. Could not access the unit. Called the customer service and was not allowed to get the code because not part of the account. Horrible service 1 star.
Your introductory price will only be valid for a month. They will then raise it exponentially especially if you’ve been in the facility for over a year. They are greedy as can be. Use Public Storage at your own risk but I’d recommend using a different facility. My introductory price was $69.00 which was a good deal at the time but they’ve “bait & switched” by doubling it since. Now they’ve sent me a notice to raise it again to $168.00!!
We rented here a few years ago and our unit was broken into. It is in an unsafe area of Lewisville but I expect our storage room to be kept safe by the company. Nothing was done after I complained. We moved out and only rent from anyone other than Public Storage now.
Stop by this location yesterday and Cara omg!! She is amazing her customer service is the best that I have had in a long time. She helped me through everything that I needed!! Thank you Cara!!
I would like to first give a big thanks to Mrs. Cara who is the most thoughtful person I have ever met working at a Storage company. She not only tried to work with me when I fell on hard times, but when I came inside one her locations she was at, talked to me as a human and showed she cared and how important it is even being in a business leadership role that can be a tough role, she still understands things happen. This amazing woman represents compassion and care that we need more people like her truly. She is consistent, communicates well with her customers and just an all around great person! I pray she continues to blessed abundantly!

The manager who lives on the property is terrible. As unhelpful as someone could be. I'm sorry she has to work there but it's no one's fault but her own.

Llamé a la oficina y recibí el peor servicio jamás visto. No solo no hicieron nada, sino que no se hacen responsable de lo que pase dentro de su propiedad, sino que ni siquiera miraron las camaras.

I rented a unit thru self service to move because I had one day to get my things out of my apartment. I went to access my unit and there was painting tape covering everything. I couldn’t even identify where I was supposed to go. No one was available to help me . I would have rather transferred to another facility but i couldn’t and had to wait until tomorrow, the day that I’m moving everything 🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️So I just called and asked for a refund and I was told I could “vacate” the unit and I will get a refund for everything except my administration fee! No sir I need all of my money that I paid back! I will take this matter to small claims court to get all of my money back. !!!! I’ve waisted gas driving around the unit, spent 2 hours hours on the customer line without a resolution and was given the runaround. Do not rent here at all!!!!! Attached pictures for reference! I also have videos of the entire storage complex. This is terrible
