This location at N. Houston School Rd, Lancaster, TX is very well maintained and a newer facility. They have great security and are very pleasant to deal with. I appreciate how professional, friendly, and knowledgeable Jesse is when you have to contact their office. The convenience to Interstate 35 is also a plus.

It's crazy how prices change, in a few months they have increased the price 3 times per month....I started with $205 a month and they told me that by September I will already pay $286...it's too much increase
I sincerely owe this location an apology for me having impatience with them. This location has made sure my deposit was refunded despite of what I've said about them before.
Since the change I hate the management here. I have to fight wasp to get in the doors. No one ever answers the phones and the door was accessible now I need a code and nobody can give it to me.

I put everything I owned in this place to battle cancer. I got behind due to my illness.it was taken over by another company. They are a complete rip off. I called to find out what I owed so I could get it caught up. I was given a price not even a week ago. I get a call today and they had added over $100 more dollars. Telling me things have changed since last week. You don’t even pay that much in late fees if you’re renting a house!!!

I got 50% of For a month, so that's a great deal and a bunch of other deals, just ask what deal they have going on. When you're ready to rent a place I just needed to clean out my pickup truck. I got a five by five of little unit... More than I needed and it was perfect

They are infested with rodents! Called the manager and the district manager here’s there response “Well we’re located by a field so you should expect rodents” for almost 300 dollars a month I expect better customer service

Walked in and did a tour of a unit with Nechelle. Went home and decided to move forward, called and was unable to reserve via phone due to the representative system being down. Went back to the storefront and Nechelle took great care of me. I was in an out in 10 minutes. Nechelle was friendly and helpful.

Kelvin assisted me in my reservation and explained the contract, billing cycle, along with the promotions (which you have to go online to get). He went up and beyond to assist me in making reservations and completing the rental of the storage unit. Customer service skills were great!

I’ long overdue for a review at this place. Me and my family have lived in Dallas all our lives, despite that, we have moved around a bunch of times so we are very familiar with storage unit companies, but this has been the best one we’ve rented to this day! The man who owns this is extremely sweet, when we first got it we needed a bigger unit and he stayed there past the opening hours and almost was late to a flight to get us a bigger unit space out the kindness of his own heart! When it was time for us to move out, we got everything out the unit but forgot to cancel the payments for the storage with everything being so hectic moving, he cancelled the charge that was made since we weren’t using the storage any longer. Do not think twice about going through this storage unit! There’s an amazing owner who’s gonna give you the best prices and genuinely cares about his customers. Very amazing hard-working man with super clean storage unites and all the AC works in the AC units!
