Worst location ever management doesn’t answer phone Sia’s I could do everything online pay and my keys would be left in unit got to building at 6 am they tell me I have to speak to a manager and it doesn’t open till 9:30 never coming back here again
I rented a storage unit online for this Public Storage location, and I called ahead to make sure someone was working in the office to answer my questions. Not only did Dee, the leasing agent, give me better directions to her location than Google Maps, but she was also so patient and helpful. She showed me how to operate the gate, walked me to my storage unit, talked to me about my storage space needs, and she was genuinely invested in making sure I was taken of to the utmost of her ability. Most of all, she was friendly and accommodating, and she walked me through everything smoothly. It’s so hard to find quality customer service these days, but Dee restored my faith in that again. Thank you, Dee, if you see this. I feel like I made a new friend! 😌🙌

Love this place! They fit us in at a busy time after the hurricane! Not only that, switched to another unit to accommodate our belongings after we chose the wrong size. Process was easy and the service was so friendly. Much needed after the Beryl disaster!

This location is infested with roaches!!! Do not store your belongings here! Roaches inside of my actual storage unit and in the hallway. Super inconvenient of me having to move all of my things && find another location.

Definitely DO NOT recommend. Had customer service issue the day we went to put on our lock. we put our vacate notice a day later the lady called to confirm the vacate procedures, a day or two later she calls and says corporate approved her to repair the issue in the unit that was assigned to us. Everything could have been avoided if she would have placed her phone down and address my issue accordingly. After speaking with customer service and other public storage locations the way we were responded to was incorrect and should have been handled differently . A complaint was placed with customer service and less then 5 min after it was placed the lady the complaint was made against called and was confrontational asking why we placed the complaint then ended her conversation with it's ok i have you on camera!! Good so they could see your response to something so simple. Never moved in, have been waiting on a call from the regional manager for several days and have been told several times I should be getting a call. From the other reviews i read this lady must have been having a bad day because we definitely did NOT receive the same customer service others have!

They broke into our storage here and there are no cameras. After police report was filed- was told this happens monthly here- very suspicious
The climate controlled units are not really cool and the mice are terrible. Recently, the climate controlled air is broken in our unit. So we're paying for it but not receiving it. I've been back all week and it's still broken. My items are getting ruined.

I have not had the greatest experience with this location since the lady who was there about 3 years ago left. I've had nothing but problems with rats getting into my unit x2 already and destroying pretty much everything I own. I do have insurance aleady put a claim in and fingers crossed that they do something about it. I am disgusted and livid. I'm sharing a few pics and this isn't the beginning. 😥
