Michelle always goes above and beyond to work with me. I had to move to Austin and am unable to make the 3 1/2 hour trek there, so when there is an issue, she takes care of everything for me. I'm comfortable knowing my things are safe. Michelle's customer service is top-notch - whenever I call she is upbeat, helpful and always resolves any issue. The manager, Gina, is also fantastic and has helped me several times as well.
There are several Public Storage locations in Katy - I highly recommend this location!

Michelle was amazing today! I called frantically wondering about my storage unit as I had received an email that had me quite confused and my anxiety running at an all time high. However, Michelle was so helpful!! She took my information down and went into the system to see if she could find out any information and sure enough she did. I had to make several calls to this location because I was moving out, I lost my key, etc. etc.. Each time I called, I spoke to Gina. She was extremely pleasant over the phone and helped me with solutions to make my move out easy. When I arrived at the location, she was there to help me open my unit and even brought me a dolly to help with moving my things. It was a great customer service experience from start to finish and I’d recommend this location to anyone in the area looking for a unit. Thank you Gina!!

If I could leave NO STARS I would. Negative experience from this place. I was disrespected on so many levels & to top it off it’s a RACIST establishment. After being completely disrespected I was concluded with being called a n word and the hard R on it. I recommend not going to this place bc it’s nothing but terrible service.

THIS location is awesome. I have been a storage customer at this property for years, before they were part of the Public Storage chain. I was very concerned when the property was purchased because of bad experiences with Public Storage in Dallas. The new property managers have changed my tune. I highly recommend this facility and the management team. Give them a try. They are honest. Friendly. They listen and are helpful.

I don't know if it's management or company policy. This establishment is only open from 9:30 in the morning until 5:30 in the afternoon. And when you need someone in this office, the doors are locked most of the time..

Do not rent here! This is the worst public storage facility. Staff is rude and I will be moving out ASAP and never using this location or company ever again in the future. Public storage has a lot to be desired when it comes to customer service. I will be speaking with the district manager over this location and emailing the ceo. They make EVERYTHING A HASSEL and do not hold their employees accountable I would fire the entire staff.
Terrible customer service. Witnessed a lady employee yelling at a customer about removing her insurance. It seems these Google reviews are skewed....After that previous customer interaction, I decided to take my business elsewhere. I thought if I was ever treated like that, and I was their boss, id fire the entire staff immediately. Imagine what's going on behind corporate's back when they aren't around. Little do they know... sad.
My experience with this company is purely based on one employee and her name is Ms Gina. This woman is the epitome of an amazing employee. Her customer service, friendly disposition and attitude to go above and beyond is what made me feel comfortable to want to store my items there. She is truly awesome and genuinely cares to get to know everyone who rents from her location. Just for her I wish I could 10 stars! Idk if there a way to give a specific employee shout out through corporate but If not I just wanted to let this be made known. Thank you for a positive experience!

It was an easy transaction but I literally just saw someone an African American today who is currently living inside one the outdoor storage units like he just opened it up went it and closed it down and had a bed inside, so I doubt they watch the cameras.

The lady in the office is super rude and called with an attitude about a unit they inspected 3 full days after we moved out. Asking us to pay for a full month because they didn’t inspect it the next day. very unprofessional.
I had a few storage rental history and I had the best experience from this location. the front desk Amy (not sure if there had more staff) was amazingly assisted me in any question I have very friendly. Compare with last storage I quit there due to that manager bullied me even during the Covid Pandemic she left me an awful experience ever (20333 Kingsland Blvd, Katy), this location on 1001 Mason all staff here warmed my heart and build my trust back to these industry back. Thanks you guys!

Rolled out the RED CARPET! When I made the reservation, Gina was professional and friendly. She explained everything to me clearly. When I got on site, she again, was professional and friendly. She went over and above to assist me even when I made a mistake with my reservation. She walked over to the gate to make sure my code worked correctly. When she saw I couldn't find the unit, she ran, not walked out to help us and even opened the unit door and guided us to park the U-Haul. I would love this great service anywhere. Thanks Gina!
Ms. Gina is the most helpful person ever, when I wasn’t sure the size of unit I needed or how to rent a space at all (my 1st time) she answered all my questions and helped choose a size and she is more concerned with getting you what you need instead of saying you need a bigger size to get more money like most other places. This is a clean well kept facility. If I ever need storage again I will come and ask for Ms. Gina personally again. Exceptional service.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I wanted to say the people who work here are truly the KINDEST people i’ve ever met. They’ve been incredibly helpful, understanding, and offered very kind words which I greatly appreciated. I cannot say enough nice things about this location or it’s employees. I wish I knew her name but the beautiful lady with glasses working this afternoon (2-5-22) at around 3:30, you are such a kind spirited person and I wish I could tell you again. Anyways 10/10 I would highly recommend this location!! 🤍
