I am amazed of how good the customer service is from Maria from public storage. I was calm to know that my stuff was safe and I didn’t have to worry about anyone getting in or stealing my stuff. Again, Maria was such a lovely person and I was able to ask questions and help that I needed!
Overall good experience, even though I had to file a claim for damage. The process was easy, &quick (for the most part). Tee was such a blessing throughout my entire time renting with them🥹🥹. She even gave me one of her tacos one day😂. Need more people like tee in the world!! Give her a raise she’s great!

This is where I have my storage and I have had no problems with it. My only complaint is the price has risen significantly over the last few years. However, 50 bucks a month is not that bad for what I got even though I can get the same cheaper somewhere else. Public Storage is good though and I have dealt with them for many years. I will probably be moving my storage soon though, closer to where I am now and it looks like I can get the same spot at a different location for like half the price :)

I want to Thank Cameron, the district manager for addressing my concerns and for ensuring that I was heard, comfortable and treated well at the public storage. I have had a unit there since 2021 and I will definitely keep my storage space as long as it will be needed.
Office manager was always super helpful when I reached out via phone and in person. She is also very knowledgable and was almost always able to answer my questions immediately. Highly recommend working with her, as she is very friendly and resourceful!
We had to travel further to find a storage after having a bad experience at another location. Our experience with Tee the manager at Longpoint was awesome ,she was welcoming to us and took time listening and making our experience nice and pleasant.
I was assigned a storage room, with 2 doors, the first door sometimes open and some time does not Most of the time it fails
to open For the past sixteen days I have been asking them to fix it they never try it . I am asking to be transfer to a working storage room answer ?

Having never rented a storage unit before, I was a bit overwhelmed having to find a storage facility for my mom on short notice. Those feelings immediately went away when I came to this location and met Tee. Her customer service is absolutely amazing and solution orientation impressive! She spent time walking me through all the options and it didn’t feel like she was selling me on anything. Even when my mom finally arrive to move in and we had to switch units in the moment, she was super flexible and patient with our requests. Would definitely recommend this location!!!

Tee deserves a raise. I had a horrible experience today at the Milwee location and with customer service. I really needed a storage space today. She was so sweet and patient she even ensured that I got the space I needed for a great rate. If you visit her please buy her lunch because she's worth it.
