Excellent Management (MYA) that understands the meaning of customer service! Management (MYA) returns calls within the hour and is always pleasant and accommodating. Very attentive to general maintenance and upkeep of facility.

I had to move out pretty quickly and this public storage did a fantastic job! I was able to move all my stuff here while I found a new place. The app was really convenient to use. Just be sure not be be there past closing cause then you’d have to call and have them let you out 😅

My mother and I have been renting storage units here for the better part of a decade. Mya has really gone above and beyond to keep our business, has been immediately responsive and extremely patient with both of us during a difficult time. We have had phone calls from them on the rare instance when one of us has inadvertently left one of our units unlocked. The service has always been impeccable and my belongings remain intact through climate control and good safety measures. Cannot recommend this place enough, and Mya specifically. Thank you SO MUCH Mya.

Wow, what can I say about Carrie the manager. She was a scammer!! She would sell the contents of valuable storage and take it with her. She got cought and then she tried offering me someone’s storage for me to stay quiet!!! I reported her and she quit her job before cops got to her. But hope she never gets a job at another storage unit ever!!!!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Hiwot helped me find my unit when it wasn’t on the floor I expected. Move in was smooth! My only complaint would be that the magnetic door holders are broken so you have to bring your own doorstop if you’re moving large furniture in.

I’m not sure what my expectations were from the staff of a storage unit but it certainly was this. The customer service at this location is top tier! I have had dealings with Miya and Hiwot who was from another location and my encounters have been absolutely superb these ladies have not exhibit an ounce of laziness or disrespect or aloofness about their profession. I had an issue at my unit which required both of them to walk to my unit on separate occasions and they did so unhesitatingly and with a hint of attitude. Man I’m in awe of the level of professionalism and customer appreciation…keep up the good work guys well in this case ladies

Mya was very helpful. I had to change units and she converted me to a large space with no problem very polite.

This was my first experience with a storage space and I chose this location to put some of my folks' things away as they relocated because of the positive reviews. There are literally 2 other Public Storage facilities within a mile and I discovered they're all in a competition to get the best reviews. The employees are incentivised to be the best in the area which is why you see so many reviews including the names of the on-site manager. However, this internal competition has actually resulted in objectively stellar customer service! The person who was on duty when I moved in was friendly, helpful, patient and knowledgable. She also didn't cut any corners and was insistent on the security policies which put my mind at ease about the facility. The facility itself is clean, well lit and had 3 large moving carts available which was enough to accommodate myself and about 4 other people/families who came and went during my move in. My only complaint is with the app's 'unlock' feature which was very frustrating because of connectivity issues. You're better off using the secondary 'input code manually' option which worked 100% of the time vs 20% for the app's unlock button. So although the tech integration between the building, elevators and the app are impressive, they are dramatically undone by the building itself. This might be alleviated by making the window of time much longer for the elevators to be "open" after pushing the app button, or simply switching the default method to manual input after 3 connectivity failures with a notification explaining why the manual version is being recommended. Anyway, none of that subtracts from the stellar way this facility is managed and the very high customer service levels from apparently all the staff. In addition to the on-site staff, the regional manager deserves kudos for treating their employees well and incentivising them in a way that results in a win/win for both staff and customers.

I just found out my storage unit got robbed!! Do not store your things here if you want them to be safe!!

I no longer needed the storage unit. Mya Flores, the new manager, made it so easy for me to check out. She immediately checked that the unit was cleared. I had an email before I got home that I was checked out and would no longer accrue charges. If I ever need more storage, I will certainly return there.

They NEVER answer the phone and office is locked during business hours. Had to find a different storage facility. HORRIBLE business practices.

Worst place ever. I made my reservation online and I’ve been here with my loaded vehicle for 40 minutes now at 11AM Sunday January 22 and there is NO ONE IN THE OFFICE. I can’t get in using the access code until they verify my ID with the manager. Who is ABSENT. AVOID THIS PLACE. I’ve called, left voice mails and NOTHING. Don’t care about you. Just shows how much they care.

I rented a unit at a different location but I couldn’t stop by that particular location before leaving town, so I decided to stop in to this location to see if I could resolve a technical complication with my unit. I arrived first thing in the morning and was met by a staff member named Jamaica. Jamaica listened to me describe my problem and immediately jumped online to try to find a solution. She quickly came up with a path to resolving my problem and even made a few phone calls to make sure everything was in order at my unit location. I was so relieved to have a solution to my problem and I couldn’t have asked for better customer service. Jamaica was awesome and would trust her to help me with any problem!

Great location. Staff is helpful. The only that is absolutely ridiculous and aggravating to use is the elevators. To many safety Parameters makes it hard to use and causes delay

I used this facility for two years and didn’t have any issues. Cleanly and secure. But the best part was the customer service by Tiara. She is absolutely amazing. I was told one thing about payment for vacating and then another happened. But she promptly fixed it! Thank you so much Tiara!

Jamaica is definitely one of the best customer service representatives I’ve experienced in a very long time. My moving experience was awful and public storage was closing a few minutes before me arriving. She was so sweet and understanding and waited for the moving company to finish unloading before leaving for her shift. She didn’t just stop there with the hospitality, today I arrived and my car battery died. I panicked and asked her if she by any chance had jumping cables. She did and opened my hood and put the cables on for me. I had no idea what to do and very grateful she was her. Jamaica deserves a promotion and raise. Thank you Public Storage for hiring such an amazing person. In the world we live in today acts of kindness are priceless.

The elevator button for the 4th floor has been punched out for a month. Cannot call the other elevator without employees help. This is ridiculous, should have been fixed weeks ago.

I spoke to the property manager, Jamaica today, and she was very friendly and helpful with my questions on storing my belongings. In addition, she let me know what kind of lock to buy, which was again helpful! After I made my reservation online, Jamaica called me promptly to confirm my reservation. Moreover, I appreciated her relaying to me to have a "blessed day." Two thumbs up! :)
